Positive: Overall, it was great! Very clean space, the air conditioning worked VERY well which was super important to us. Plenty of towels and a working washer/dryer. The beds were comfy too. Good communication. A few blocks to a beach. This place was perfect for what we needed and wanted. I highly recommend if you are okay with clean and basic but nothing fancy.
Negative: We were worried about a lot of negative reviews that we were reading online after booking. However, we were lucky to find that they didn’t apply to the unit that we stayed in. We had a positive experience. One important thing to note: this is located inside a gated community and there is only one way in and one way out of the entire neighborhood. There was definitely a learning curve in figuring out the fastest way in and out of the neighborhood especially if you arrive late in the evening. They send a video in the checkin. It def helps to watch that. It is pretty close to a beach. The pool located on the property is not great. It is TINY, seemed a little dirty, and it wasn’t full of water. This wasn’t an issue for us though as we wanted to spend time on the beach instead.
Summary: Overall Good, Clean, No Frills. I would recommend.
