We haven’t forgotten those avid golfers that may be interested in a round at the Hard Rock Golf Club. Our unit has a view of the 1st tee and is a quick walk to the clubhouse. The Hard Rock Golf Club features stunning natural beauty surrounded by exotic wildlife and ancient Mayan ruins.
The luxury design of this condo has been carefully thought out to ensure you have everything you need to lay back and enjoy. It has been fully equipped with all your vacation needs to offer the comforts of home. Appliances include a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, washer/dryer, blender, coffee maker & toaster.
Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit can accommodate up to 6 guests. Our guests can choose between 2 stylish bedrooms each of which offers the comforts of fresh new mattresses, quilts, linens and towels. The master bedroom sleeps 2 guests in a King Size bed with a spacious marble vanity and en-suite bath. The modern design of the guest bedroom sleeps 4 guests with 2 full-sized beds. The bathroom is next to the bedroom with an ample supply of towels for all. The marble finished showers are perfect to refresh yourself at the end of a beach or pool day. Bathe in our enriched grape seed product line of amenities including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare a tasty meal, whip up your favorite snack or mix a savory ice-cold drink. The spacious and open kitchen looks out to the dining and living areas. Don’t be alone while blending up those fresh drinks, have your family and/or friends take a seat at the sit up bar. Our dining table seats 4 and we have 2 cushioned bar stools for the additional diners! Our comfy sectional sofa will seat all of our guests in front of the 50” Smart TV. Enjoy all your favorite programs through your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube accounts and any others you may be signed up for! Listen to your favorite tunes and programs through our Bluetooth speaker. You can connect your devices to the 50 mega fiberoptic Wi-Fi connection.
Now, step onto your private terrace overlooking the nicely manicured garden and common area pool (shallow area for kids) or relax around the pool in one of the lounge chairs provided. You may catch a glimpse of some golfers teeing off. Sit, relax, and enjoy the tropical view while you take a seat at our outdoor table and 4 chairs.

Reef Hotel Playacar: For your convenience, this hotel is located directly across from our condominium complex. Purchase a day pass and enjoy all the hotel has to offer including food and beverage, gym facilities, activities (extra cost), pool and swim up bar. Please note that they allow a max. of 4 guests per group and will give hotel guests priority if the hotel is full. You can inquire about pricing in the reception area.
We provide a cooler, beach chairs and beach umbrellas to enjoy the day at the beach!

Summary: Our stay at the condo and experience with Erin was the best we’ve had with an Airbnb or VRBO rental. The condo is exactly as the pictures show and was very clean and well stocked upon our arrival. We were very impressed with how quickly the property manager responded to all of our questions and needs.The location of the condo is ideal with beach access directly across the road. The entire complex is very well maintained with staff cleaning the pool and working on the grounds daily.I highly recommend a stay at Erin’s condo!!

Summary: All our expectations were met and more! We enjoy our stay here with a beach access close by and a 20 minutes walk to the 5th avenue. The condo is very confortable and very well situated in Playacar.

Summary: What a great find! The place was exactly as pictured--comfortable, clean, nicely furnished, and quiet. The pool is big and surrounded by trees so it really feels tropical. The place was fully equipped and the internet worked perfectly. Erin responded quickly to all of my questions and made us feel welcomed. We had an issue with the stove and the property manager was there in 30 minutes to fix the problem. This was definitely the best VRBO experience we have had!

Summary: As promised and more. 5 people loafs of room. Quiet neighborhood even during holiday time, friendly staff, super clean. Lots of extra touches like beach chairs, umbrella cooler, laundry hampers, bathroom totes. Super comfy and super clean. Walking distance to beach. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: This is a beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully equipped & furnished condo. water was provided. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. It felt very welcoming. it was clear Erin wanted us to feel like we were staying at our own home. Access to the beach between 8am-6pm was a real plus. The only minus was that check out was at 11 am and the cleaning woman showed up at10:30 am. I let her know check out was 11, but she said she was told to come at 10:30 am So, a little uncomfortable having her walking around us, cleaning before we had finished with bathrooms, kitchen etc

Summary: We were in heaven the minute we walked into this luxury first floor condo in a tropical gated community that made us feel so safe. Each room was beautifully decorated & the unit was well stocked with everything you'd want & need.The pool was great & the location was close to the fabulous 5th Avenue. We highly recommend this gorgeous place, which was so reasonably priced & can't wait to return.
