Located on the water with spectacular views, this condo was totally renovated and includes beautiful furnishings, central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. We have internet service, televisions in every room, and a phone in the unit that offers free calls back to the USA and Canada - no limit! Our condominium is the best location in the complex. People who stay in this unit come back every year - they love it! Each bedroom has their own sink.
Playa del Carmen has some of the best restaurants! The main avenue, Playa's famous Quinta Avenida, is 3 blocks away. The name of our condominium complex is Xaman Ha- in a gated community but close to everything. Transportation is easy from Cancun Airport. You can take a bus, or contact our private driver directly.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Xaman Ha with our 4 kids and parents (8 people total). We almost don’t want to tell others about this gem because it is just perfect. The location is absolutely the best. A beautiful beach and pool view because both are right outside the door. The pool bar staff are awesome and make great drinks. You can walk to 5th avenue in minutes but you can hear anything from the condo. We had everything we needed in the suite. It was better than the photos. Ask for Robin if you want groceries or a meal prepared. He’s lovely. Thank you!! We will be back!

Summary: This condo was perfect for our family! The property was very well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. It was only a short walk to restaurants. We had a wonderful vacation!

Summary: We loved our stay at the Xaman Ha Condo! It's a nice, clean condo with a beautiful view. Daily maid service helped keep us clean. The condo facilities and staff are great. And you can't beat this location! It's within walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This place is truly a hidden gem, the condo is beautiful, clean and fresh (the air conditioner worked amazing as the weather was very hot) the view from from balcony, and bedrooms is breathtaking with ocean view. This home has everything you would need in a home away from home. 10/10 recommend.

Summary: We had a great time! Loved the condo, loved the oceanfront pool & bar, loved Playa del Carmen, which you can walk to for restaurants and shopping. We didn’t rent a car. We hired the driver (Orlando) the owner suggested to get us to and from the airport and we hired Robin, suggested by owner, to leave us groceries, quesadillas, margaritas and beer for our evening arrival. We used the front desk for help with a Chichen Itza/Cenote tour and a snorkeling tour to Cozumel. Highly recommend this condo.

Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful time! The condo was clean, spacious, very well equipped, and the view was magnificent! Elva and Bob were very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

Summary: Upon checking in the door code was incorrect but we managed to locate a property employee who placed a phone call to get the correct code, no problem. The following day while at the pool my daughter called me from the room stating there was an intruder in the condo. I ran to the room to find A male subject leaving out the door of the condo. He claimed that he misread the condo door room number, but somehow his pass code allowed him into the room. Immediately called the owners, ran it by them what just had occurred and they looked into the issue. After several phone calls it was determined the male subject and his family had made a mistake in room number but had the same pass code. Never saw or heard from that family again. Overall it went well and no one was hurt. I would recommend this location to others. Lots of seaweed at the beach but that mother’s nature at work.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The condo, pool, and location were all excellent! Communication with Elva and Francisco was easy and efficient. Great place for families. We hope to be back soon!

Summary: This condo, I thought, was actually better in person than the photos show. the kitchen is newer. Lots of space to sit and read in two of the bedrooms. You cannot beat the location - a small condo complex with a short walk to the pool and beach as well as the south end of the famous Fifth Avenue for shopping and restaurants. We ate in all breakfast and lunch and made meals times for our family of six throughout the week. Check-in, however, was less than ideal. We went to the lobby to get our wristbands, but our code did not work. It took about 45 minutes to have someone come with a completely different code to get into the unit than we were provided. Also, the warm water was not plentiful in the shower for the six of us. All that being said, we’ve stayed at another unit in Xamen-Ha a few years ago. This was the best. We’d return.

Summary: The condo and development were great. Quiet , clean and beautiful beach. Robin at the pool bar was very friendly and funny . Also convenient to have the snack bar and bar on the property.
