This beautiful, spacious, three-story home is located in the luxurious tropical gated community, 24hr security resort of Playacar Fase 1 , in Playa del Carmen. Tropical gardens surround the home, 4 terraces offer a view of nature's paradise and the beauty of the Caribbean Sea. The home was totally remodeled in May 2018, there are 5 large private comfortable bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, each equipped with air conditioning as well as ceiling fans. Each room is embellished with hand made local exotic wood furniture, all rooms are tastefully decorated.

Ground Floor
The main entrance opens to a large living room with a magnificent view through a 20ft x 15ft window, which displays a natural cenote nestled in a tropical jungle. Exotic birds (squawking parrots) and small native animals such as the gentle Mexican Agouti can be seen daily. If you are lucky you may also see spider monkeys swinging from the trees.
Ground floor bedrooms:
- Large master bedroom with king size bed.
- The 2nd bedroom consists of 2 double beds
- 3rd bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
Laundry room is also located on the ground floor.
2nd FLOOR:
- Large Master King bedroom and en-suite bathroom
- Large fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities required for those who love to cook or hire a cook (available upon request).
- Large dining room and 2nd living room which overlooks the main living room room on the ground floor, the same large window view of the cenote and tropical jungle is also captured from this floor.
- Patio doors open up to balconies from bedroom and living room.
- Large 120sqft terrace with patio table and chairs and BBQ.
3rd FLOOR:
- Large Master bedroom with kingsize bed. private en-suite bathroom, 12 foot high domed ceiling.
- Large modern bathroom, Fine imported Italian Arabescato marble envelops entire bathroom.
- Bedroom has 2 private terraces
- Large 320 sqft terrace, can hold up to 30 people.
- Stairs lead to 2 scenic roof top terraces with ocean view and the island of Cozumel, great for private sunbathing or stargazing at night.
All the linens and covers are of high quality for your nightly comfort. Maid service every second day is included so you can spend more time relaxing, bottled water is supplied for your convenience, and Sergio our property manager is always available to help you make your stay the most pleasant possible. The beach is footsteps away, and Playa's famous 5th ave. a 3 minute walk, the ferry service to Cozumel and Isla Mujeres is a 5 minute walk . You can enjoy all that Playa has to offer or just relax on our beautiful beaches all in walking distance.

Summary: Safe neighborhood, very clean, beautifully decorated, caretaker & host very responsive.We would suggest that a handrail be installed on the short lower portion of the stairs. Our son, who has mobility issues, fell trying to maneuver those steps.

Summary: Our first time to rent a home in Playa vs. a resort. This home was perfect location to beach, restaurants, and the plunge pool was a perfect spot to end our afternoon’s! I definitely recommend booking Laura to cook. Breakfast was amazing I only wished I had booked her for more meals. Sergio the host was always responsive to help me get in touch with locals to book excursions and give any advice, Jorge the transportation was perfect as well! I had some issues with VRBO and my account and even the homeowner Tony reached out to me to be sure everything was going well! Will definitely recommend this home! 10/10!

Summary: Our family gathered for the grandfather's special birthday - 7 adults and 2 children. The house has the perfect arrangement for multiple adults and children. The kitchen and living areas are well appointed. I was a little skeptical about the small size of the pool but the kids absolutely loved it. The house manager and housekeeping were exceptional. Beach is a short walk as are restaurants so the location was good for a group with different interests. Had a minor concern about the traffic and noise. It seemed that every construction service used the nearby entrance to Playcar more than any other so we had to be vigilant about the kids walking in the area.

Summary: The house is gorgeous, exactly as seen in the pictures, lots of lovely areas to lounge in the sun. The house is very well maintained, incredibly clean, fully stocked laundry and kitchen which was great for us as we had our toddler on this trip. Comfortable beds with high quality sheets. Tony and Sergio both made everything easy, highly recommend staying here, we will be back for sure.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Sueno Dorado. Sergio, the property manager, was wonderful. He was extremely helpful prior to our arrival in arranging transports, grocery shopping, and answering questions to help us plan our trip. He met us there on our arrival and got us settled in and then was available throughout our stay if anything came up. He arranged for his mother to make a delicious meal on the night of our arrival and it was excellent. The home itself is beautiful, was spotless on our arrival, and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our time on the beach (towels, chairs, coolers). We were central to beach, shopping, and restaurants but felt tucked away from crowds or noise. We had the best time here with our family and friends!
