Villa Izcalli is a unique full service rental property that has an ocean view from the third floor kitchen area and a partial ocean view from our beautiful 12 seating dining area. The view is impecable from our private 4th floor roof terrace with infinity edge pool, chaise lounge and outside dining area! In addition to the beautiful finishings and modern decor we have large terraces on all levels and have one of the largest roof terrace infinity pools in the area! Located in the private gated community of Playacar Phase 1 Villa Izcalli is only steps away from the ocean and a 5 minute walk to the famous 5th Avenue . You will be mesmerized with the beauty that surrounds you. Take in the serene surrounding of the ocean breeze, palm trees, tropical plants, white sands and the turquoise colors of the Caribbean! Perfect vacation rental with incredible rates, internet and ocean views from the top 2 floors! Our views and amenties are unique to any other villa in the most exclusive residence in the area.
This spacious home has marble and air conditioning throughout. With 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms, this four level home, including the roof top terrace, offers plenty of space and privacy for groups of 11 (We can add a comfortable air mattress for the 11th person). It is an ideal home for families with children or adults looking for a true vacation. As you walk into the foyer there is a beautiful marble staircase and three master bedrooms. Each bedroom includes its own full bathroom and two of the master bedrooms have their own large terraces. The lower level has a family room with a 42” plasma TV with a DVD, CD and Ipod docking station; two bedrooms; sliding glass doors to a small, child-friendly yard; a mini bar and a ping-pong table. We also make available a crib and high chair for small children. On the third level there is a fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, surrounded by a comfortable, beautifully appointed living room with its own TV and entertainment system, a dining room and a lounging area.
Within walking distance is a tropical bird aviary, cenotes, tennis courts, Mayan ruins and an 18-hole championship golf course. This exquisite and inviting, five bedroom home has high-end finishes, including a roof-top infinity pool. The décor combines rustic Mexican with contemporary furnishings and a selection of accessories to fill it with warmth yet a modern ambiance.
Sliding glass doors open to another large, ocean view terrace SAVING THE BEST FOR LAST! Your own private rooftop terrace with a blue tiled, infinity pool, chaise lounges and a dining table with a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Ocean. We want your stay to be as easy and pleasant as imaginable. Rental of this property includes maid service three times a week. Additional services are available upon request and availability: an in-house cook, in-house masseuse, a private taxi driver, shuttle van service and additional maid service. Airport transportation can be arranged. Please advise property manager as soon as possible as reservations are subject to availability. If you like you can send us your grocery list and we can have it ready upon your arrival! Anything we can do to make you have a more comfortable stay is only a phone call away from the local cell phone provided.

Summary: Playacar is super safe, gated with guards. 15 min walk to hundreds of restaurants, shops, beach clubs and bars. 9 person van 250 pesos (13 US to the far side). Easy app and got a couple of the van’s direct numbers. 4 person only 150 pesos.5 bedrooms all with own full bathroom.Lower is natural light, slight hill with 2 bedroom/2 bath. 2 masters additional bedroom on main floor with full balcony on the two masters. Upper floor is huge open space of kitchen/ dinning and 3 large, very comfortable couches with huge TV. Additional tv sitting area on the lower level with ping pong. The roof top pool is large and awesome. We frequently had all 9 of us in there and was not crowded. Beach chairs, coolers in garage were great for the beach. Beach is 2 houses away. We could hear the waves all night with windows closed. 30 min to marina/boat day. 15 min cab to centers. Great dining in Playacar.Cleaners were every other day and were great. House attendant was very responsive.Great neighborhood, great city, great rental. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Summary: Villa Izcalli was a great house for our group - we were two couples with 5 college kids on spring break. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious enough to spread out. The rooftop pool was gorgeous, the kitchen well stocked, and the walk to the beach took about 2 minutes. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas - both were plentiful and made our beach time so easy. The location is quiet and safe. The walk to restaurants and shops is at least 15-20 minutes but can be longer depending on where you are headed. Taxis are available right outside the security gates. We rented bikes for everyone for the week and stored them in the garage. We highly recommend this gorgeous house!

Summary: Property was exactly as listed. We had plenty of room, it was clean, the cleaning ladies were wonderful!!! The beach just steps away. The pool well-kept and clean. Beach towels, chairs, etc all ready to go. We felt safe! Convenient location. Information easy to find. We had a fantastic stay, and we would come back!!!

Summary: Our group consisted of 7 adults ranging in age from 34-61. Parents traveling with adult kids. Susan and Angela went above and beyond to assist us with chef, driver for the day and airport transportation. The home was beautiful! A lot of space in the home and 5 bedrooms with bathrooms was over the top appreciated by all. We hope to make this place an annual vacation.

Summary: I have traveled to Playa with a friend group for several years in February and we all agree this house is the best we’ve ever stayed in. It was big enough for our group. The bedrooms are large. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved having a table that fit all of us when we cooked dinner instead of going out. And the rooftop pool was amazing. The communication prior to our trip also was great (thanks, Erin!). This is a wonderful, clean house. Highly recommend!

Summary: We had 8 adults in our group ages ranging from 52 yrs old to 90 years old. There was space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary equipment. We were close to shopping and dining. We were more than happy with house cleaning 3 times during our week.

Summary: The villa itself was gorgeous, super spacious and the rooftop pool was stunning! The neighborhood the house is in is very safe. There are guards at the gate and attendants that ride around on scooters making sure that you are ok at all times. The host was also very communicative and responded quickly to all questions we had. We will definitely be coming back!
