This luxury villa is located in the private gated Playacar community adjacent to downtown Play Del Carmen. Everything you want is within walking distance, golf, beaches and the world famous 5th Avenue.
This house is fully air conditioned as well as ceiling fans for your comfort. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen , private washer and dryer. The main living area has a large dinning area and living room equipped with a 46' LCD TV, it leads to your private patio through double sliding doors. The sixty foot pool is steps away. The third bedroom also has private access to the patio and pool.
The upper level contains the master suite and second bedroom. The master is very large and has a king size bed and private patio with hammock overlooking the pool. The bath has a jacuzzi tub for two and a large shower. The second bedroom has two double beds with a private bath and shower.

Summary: We enjoyed very much our stay at this property. Layout was perfect for both, my elderly parents and our teenage kids. Bill was super responsive and helpful answering questions and assisting us before and during our stay.

Summary: We just spent six nights at this magnificent property. The place is very well equipped For families like ours, with five adult size people comfortably in beds. Realistically several couples would be comfortable, as each bedroom has its own bathroom available with shower. Owner Bill was very helpful in all logistical items, and there is very little other than food that you would need to add upon entering the property. Pool is literally a few feet from the back door, and fresh coconuts abound from the trees around the property. Downtown playa del Carmen Is a couple hundred meters walk away. If you rent a car, parking is easy although access to the complex takes a little getting used to. The bus terminal is very close, and other transport options would be very simple for this property. Only a few minutes walk to the ferry terminal to Cozumel as well. Look having the laundry on site makes it easy to pack light, and the kitchen is very well-equipped if you like to cook. Thank you for an enjoyable experience full of memories

Summary: We loved our stay at this property. The shared courtyard and pool were perfect for us traveling with a small child. Condo was well equipped and a great layout with 2 bedrooms up and one down each with a bath. It's a quick walk to 5th ave and a bit further to the beach. The path goes through some ruins but is tough to roll a stroller over -- small quibble! Owner was very responsive and accommodating!

Summary: Our first time in Mexico; what a great condo and location! Walking distance to Playa del Carmen including 5th Ave, the ferry and beachfront areas. We felt secure at the condo and when walking about town including to the local Walmart for groceries. Taxis are very reasonable to move about Playa del Carmen as well (parking can be tough). Lot's of great shops and restaurants in the area... recommend: Taqueria el Fagon, Kaxapa factory (Venezuelan), Ah Cacao, Mamita's Beach Club. We rented a car and spent a few days visiting local sights: Mayan ruins in Coba, Museo Maya, Cenotes Cristalino, Akumal Beach, Laguna Yal-Ku, and took the ferry to Cozumel one day. What a great vacation! The condo was clean and as described: great pool, patio, balcony, etc. We recommend this property and will rental it again if we return.

Summary: This condo was perfect! We stayed there with 3 adults & 2 kids... but you could easily fit 8 people. I think it's the best spot to stay because it's quiet (not like the other condos near 5th Ave). It's literally a 5 minute walk thru the Mayan Ruins to get to Playacar Beach, which is much nicer & cleaner than other beaches further North. The Playacar gated access keeps the traffic down to a minimum as well. As for the condo: - the pool & the grounds are very well kept. - since the pool has 2 levels, it's great for little kids (& big ones too)! - the outdoor shower by the pool is great to wash off the sand from the beach before you take an afternoon dip. - the kitchen is very modern, with a big fridge (c/w a filtered water dispenser). - the main level has a dining room & a sunken living room (with a leather sectional & a massive satellite TV). - there's also a newly decorated main floor bedroom & bathroom. - upstairs there's 1 bedroom with 2 queen size beds & private bathroom. - then you have the master bedroom with a king size bed & huge private bathroom with a shower & a jet tub. - both upstairs bedrooms have satellite TV as well. - in total there's 4 A/C's to keep everything nice & cool as well! My suggestion is: RENT THIS CONDO!! Sleep in, enjoy your morning coffee (or morning cerveza) by the pool, take a leisurely walk thru town, explore a little way off the beaten path, & relax. A huge thank you to the Owner who went above & beyond to make our trip a success! He was easy to contact, & provided lots of local information about stores & restaurants. My brother came with us, & he has stayed in both Cancun & Playa before (at resorts) He said that staying at this condo was by far a better vacation experience than he had before. Thanks again, I can't wait to go back!

Summary: Well, you do deserve a 5 stars! I travelled a lot and I am a difficult person to get by... Love to have some for my money... But it was perfect! I had problem with the internet and they took care of it. They make sure you are satisfied!!! It's true, you are at a 5 minutes walking to a very quiet beach. Much more quiet that Playa del Carmen because you are in a gated community!!! In the morning, you can swin in a olympic size swimming pool then go walking on the beach after a good breakfast done in that nice kitchen. Get some roasted chicken in town (10 min) and have lunch... relaxe by the pool in the afternoon and you can get to a good restaurant in the evening and come back on foot with no problem! Damn, is that place for sale??? :o)... I when with my Standard Poodle and she like it a lot also but trust me, she stayed inside... too hot outside... Seriously, I do recommend it! Rent it and have fun!!! L.

Summary: We rented this house for one month and we recommend it! Absolute perfect location, 2-3 minutes walk to the famous 5th avenue and to the beach (we actually chose the house because it really has the best location). The beds are heavenly, the pools and complex are very nice and very well maintained. The house is well equipped, has plenty of fan everywhere and the Bill gives a great service and does everything he can to make his tenants happy! We do recommend! :)
