Summary: Dropped into yvr a few days before our cruise to see the sites. Property is located in the middle of everything you want to do. William has excellent communication skills and kept us informed of just what we needed to do and when. Any questions were immediately answered. We’ve rented before where we were left in the lurch but not here. Property was just as described, highly recommended.

Summary: The apartment was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. William had left plenty of coffee, bottled water and snacks to keep us going. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were good! The location next to Gastown was perfect and there was a nice supermarket and coffee shop nearby. Overall a fantastic apartment and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Summary: My cousins were coming from Italy and stayed in the apartment for 10 days. I already knew the building and the area as I live myself in Gastown - this is really a great spot, and the apartment was really nicely arranged, clean, everything went smoothly!

Summary: The unit is clean and cute. Overall it was a good stay. There are only a few minor adjustments suggested. The kitchen didn’t have any larger bowls like mixing bowls nor did it have cups to drink out of. It did have mugs and wine glasses and it had small serving bowls. There were treats and water bottles in the unit which were so nice. The other thing was the listing says top floor penthouse unit but we were one floor down and did not have access to the top floor. The pictures show a hot tub, game room, pool table and ping pong. We did not see instructions how to access those areas nor did we see instructions on how to access the gym. We had a nice time without but were expecting to enjoy those amenities.
