The villa is made up of 2 rooms overlooking the pool and 2 garden rooms both well appointed with en suit bathrooms.
Youโ€™ll be welcomed by a stylish and comfortable living room complete with soft sofas, a stereo with wall-mounted speakers. If you can bear to look away from those ocean views for even a moment, thereโ€™s a SmartTV with cable service ( not USA channels). The large glass sliders are accompanied but screen sliders for maximum views.
No need to argue over bedrooms, as all 4 have fabulous ocean views, Cooled with quiet split unit air conditioners for your comfort all with spacious en-suites, rooms have separate exterior access, so are private and perfect for mixed groups needing privacy

Summary: Day or night the view is amazing. Villa has plenty of vantage points where one can sit and stare. Constant sound of the waves on the beach below adds to it. Nicely landscaped grounds. Be sure to rent an AWD vehicle, the road up the hill to the villa is an experience in itself, but worth it.

Summary: Amazingly beautiful villa , so perfect for our family of 3 adult children and their partners. Well equipped in every way . Communication and assistance from property management was 5 stars . You canโ€™t go wrong staying in this slice of paradise. Views are exceptional, listening to the ocean surf is amazing, highly recommend this piece of paradise!

Summary: This is our second time staying here and we never go back to the same place twice! The thing we love about the house is all the different outdoor seating options you have, all with fantastic views! House has everything you need and the pool is wonderful! Makes it hard to leave and venture out. We had 3 days of rain and had plenty to do at the house. Jude makes check in and out very easy, or if any issues pop up! Weโ€™ll definitely be back!!

Summary: We had such a great experience. The house is so well equipped. We did a lot of cooking and we couldnโ€™t think of a thing they didnโ€™t have in the kitchen. Also ample beach/pool towels. The beds were all comfortable and each room has a fabulous view. We enjoyed all of the outdoor seating and lounging areas and we were able to watch all of our football games by streaming from a phone. Jude was super responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: We had a truly wonderful stay at this amazing property ! It was clean , large and very comfortable ! The views from every room are breathtaking . The only thing to be aware of is the drive to the house which is up a steep and curved road .Totally worth the drive though !!
