Relax on the outdoor patio while grilling on the bbq, after a fun day at the beach. At night, please enjoy drinks on the bonus room balcony from the wet bar.

Summary: Brad and Katie’s house was so much fun. The house is immaculate and literally on the beach. I have small kids and we were able to come and go on the beach as we pleased. We ran the kids back for naps and lunch instead of always packing up all the food to bring to the beach. We were a family 4 plus my parents. We all had more than enough space. The outdoor decks were very nice.

Summary: The location and views are only eclipsed by how wonderfully appointed and well laid out the home is. Modern everything, appliance, network, music, washer/dryer, outdoor speakers, tv, microwave...all while feeling as homey and comfortable as....well being home! Great communication from the owners as well. Highly recommend
