Located on the 7th floor of the Sandy Beach Resort this light filled, corner unit has a direct oceanfront view. Drink your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the sunrise. Relax by one of the many pools or head out to the beach.
The Sandy Beach Resort is modern and clean with lots of amenities. Featuring two heated outdoor pools, jacuzzi and kids splash area there are plenty of places to relax and cool off. For cooler days there is an indoor pool and lazy river.
We just completed a full renovation in September 2019 and added new tile flooring, fresh paint, all new lighting and furniture.
This condo is a one bedroom with two queen beds, kitchen and a separate living/dining room. It comfortably sleeps up to four adults or a small family.
The kitchen has granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator with ice maker, four burner stove and oven. If you want to stay in and cook we have everything you need including pots, skillets, colander, cutting board, bowls, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, coffee pot and service for eight.
The living room is large with a comfy couch, chair, and smart tv. The dining area has a round table and comfortably seats four.
We are family friendly and have a pack play crib for infants, beach toys and board games for everyone to enjoy.
We provide linens and comforters, new comfy mattresses, cozy bath towels, and kitchen towels.
In the bathroom we have a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We try to provide all the little extras to make your stay an easy and relaxing one.

Summary: We chose this condo for a Christmas getaway. The cost was very affordable. We loved that our balcony view was right on the beach. The mix of indoor and outdoor pools was nice for the cooler weather. The condo size was perfect for the two of us.The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars was because the heating unit in the living room was noisy. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Summary: The location was wonderful, the resort was nice pools/ hot tubs were clean, the condo itself was very nice and had everything you would nee, however we did see what we believe to be a cockroach crawling around the sink/stove area of the kitchen, we left a little early and brought it to Claire’s attention!

Summary: Condo was clean and well equipped. Loved the views from our balcony. What a difference in the view from an end unit. Communication with the owner of condo was great. I will say that the resort it self needs some TLC. This was our 2nd stay at Sandy Beach, would definitely stay again, especially this unit. Love the fact that great restaurants and the Boardwalk are within walking distance.
