The Condo (2BR/2BA)
The Sand Castle, appropriately named by my daughters, is located in the Bayview Resort on the 18th floor overlooking the blue Atlantic. This unit was fully renovated in March of 2023. The newly renovated luxurious condo has an elegant beach/nautical theme throughout with beautiful furnishings, Luxury Vinyl Plank, granite countertops, custom furniture, new bathroom vanities, new ADA compliant toilets, new memory foam mattresses, and large comfortable rooms.
Relax in comfort in the gracefully furnished family room while viewing breathtaking sunrises from the wall to wall, and floor to ceiling windows. Enjoy the salty air on the attached private balcony as you listen to the waves gently crashing onto the white sandy beach. Some of the amenities include a large HD TV, comfortable seating, and free Wi-Fi.
With a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling full view of the Atlantic Ocean, sleep in the luxuriously appointed master bedroom furnished with a comfortable king-size memory foam mattress, a large HD TV, and Wet Bar. The private bathroom is outfitted with a tub\shower and a new beautiful modern vanity. Get the day going by grabbing a cup of coffee and enjoying dolphin watching from your private master bedroom balcony.
The second bedroom is also beautifully appointed with a comfortable queen and full-size bed, HD TV, and a private beautiful second bathroom with tub\shower.
Prepare meals in the spacious kitchen with plenty of cabinets, granite countertops, and seating for 9. Enjoy your meals while sitting in the comfortable dining room with open views of the family room, kitchen, and the beautiful blue Atlantic.
