Positive: The location was amazing. Close to restaurants and the wharf, close to the convention center. It was perfect for us. The bed were wonderful so comfortable. I like the layout also. The host was wonderful to communicate with us. Easy check in and out.

Positive: Location of property was fantastic!! We were there overnight for a concert at CFG Bank arena. We were about 2 blocks away from entrance. What a plus this was.
Negative: Baltimore Fire Dept has a station about 2 blocks away. It was a little noisy hearing truck horns go off all night but youre at the top of the building so it wasn't all that bad. if your e a light sleeper, then this could be a bad thing.

Negative: Information was poorly communicated to tenet. Most facilities were either broken or lied about. TVs did not come with everything promised such as free services. Bed smelled like pet pee. Warm water ran out quickly. Very dirty under couches and in the kitchen. The communication between Redwood and the owner was very different and difficult to understand. For instance, I received many emails from Redwood, one that was even as old as 2023, I was told to disregard them from the owner of the property.
Summary: Beautiful place, make sure to bring your own necessities such as food, water and your will to live.

Positive: It was exactly as pictured. The view was nice and the apartment was so nice. The price was better than any hotel downtown and accommodations were stellar.
Negative: The dishonest cleaning staff. I put down a $75 deposit and after I checked out another $75 was charged to my bank card. I called after about a week and after a short runaround I was supplied with pictures of the reason I lost my deposit. A stain on the couch and a dirty microwave. The stain on the couch , I can’t honestly say it didn’t happen, although I never actually sat on the couch but I did have company, so maybe. But the microwave? Straight up lie. I personally cleaned the microwave because it was the only thing in the kitchen I used besides the fridge. I cleaned that microwave so that picture they sent was an insult. I travel for my job and after at least 200 bookings this year that was the first time I have ever lost a deposit. I mean ever!! So that was so disappointing, and I am still hurt as I always am when people take advantage of me . But the price and accommodations were so nice I just charged it to the game.

Positive: The view. The Bromo Seltzer Tower is one of my favorite landmarks in the Baltimore skyline. To stay in such a lovely apartment at eye level with the clock tower was incredible. We must have sat at the giant window with a glass of wine watching the clock's hand slowly tick away for hours. I even woke up at sunrise to see the sky change colors and the lights of the clock turn off. The apartment itself was lovely.
Negative: Getting up to the apartment was a bit tricky. The elevator code took a few tries. The lockbox was simple after you got upstairs though. The building is a bit dated, but the apartment had most things we wanted -- but not coffee.
Summary: Stay for the view, but bring coffee for the sunrise
