This self-contained cottage/apartment of 110 sq meters (1,180sq ft) is on the site of the former coach house of a Victorian mansion less than 10 minutes walk from Hampton Court Palace, the River Thames, Bushey Park and the mainline railway station. It is quiet and private yet less than 100 metres from the restaurants, cafes, bars, local shops, spas and antique emporia of Hampton Court village. It has its own entrance and parking for several cars.
Downstairs boasts a huge open plan living room (6.7m x 8.6m) with lounge area and dining (for 6). It has a 55 inch smart, ultra high-definintion TV with super fast fibre broadband connection (900 Mb/s) so you can watch TV and your favourite Netflix movies or connect to your own streaming/gaming devices. It’s connected to a Denon hifi system for great sound.
The sleek kitchen has quartz worktops with Bosch induction hob, electric fan oven, Samsung fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and a full range of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and cleaning materials to make it your home from home.
Business travellers can work comfortably and reliably at the dedicated work area with hard-wired (cat5) ethernet connection and in all areas via wi-fi connected to fast fibre broadband.
Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with king-size bed and dressing area and a second bedroom with double bed, all with luxury Egyptian cotton bedding. Summary: Our first time to London, so we were very anxious. Pam & Andy were very accommodating and communicated with us with every question we had. Our stay was fantastic and we loved the location and ease to restaurants, shops, Hampton Court Palace and train station. We would come back and stay again for sure! Maybe someday.

Summary: An immaculate property close to Hampton Railway station with lovely local cafes and shops minutes away on foot. Quiet and comfortable, off street parking. We would definitely use this property again, felt like a home.

Summary: Conveniently located to buses and the Hampton Court train station, the apartment is walkable to restaurants and local grocery shops. The hosts have obviously put much thought into details that make staying convenient and comfortable. I would gladly stay again!

Summary: This is a very clean, well organized apartment in a prime location. The apartment is full of amenities and the owners provide a good guide book on how the cooker, washing machine, heating etc works, and what there is to do in the area. There are good cafes and restaurants nearby, and the area is very interesting. Public transport is good, with a train into London a 5 minute walk away. There is also a good bus to Heathrow airport a short taxi or bus ride away.
