Summary: The place was clean and in a good location but the hvac didn’t work right, the fridge wasn’t set right and ruined some of our food and some of the windows wouldn’t close all the way so outside noise woke us up.

Summary: If I don’t like a place, I usually just don’t write a review. However, we were so disappointed with this property and I believe for justifiable reasons. The biggest complaint was cockroaches, lots of cockroaches. I let property manager know the second day we were there that we had seen several roaches along with silverfish in the kitchen. We got up the next morning and there were dozens and dozens running around in the cabinets and over the countertops and on our belongings that were on the island. When we returned home that night- they were everywhere- under everything in the kitchen. I told him there were a lot. He did contact an exterminator who was unable to come until after we left so it really didn’t help us. Next was the check in. We drove 9 hours and timed it to arrive about an hour after check in. We arrived to find multiple children in the unit while it was still being cleaned. We left and went and had a beverage and then went on to dinner. We received notification after we were leaving restaurant that unit was clean. In fairness, I do not know if perhaps it was finished earlier as we did not go back but it was a few hours before we received notification that it was done. We did not have enough bath towels for everyone. 5 towels for 6 people. The amenities said shampoo etc. There was 1 hotel size shampoo and conditioner per bathroom and we were there for 3 nights. We had 4 people in one bathroom. I am use to rental homes having full size products in the bathroom. Lastly, I never comment on decor but this home had the most dated, dusty curtains and very large dark, impractical dressers and buffets. Even though it says it accommodates six, there was not a table or a place for 6 to sit and eat. Also there was not enough seating for 6 to sit and watch TV- there were 2 uncomfortable random rolling chairs that we used to watch TV. At one point we all sat on the floor to play cards on a coffee table as there was no other area to do that for 6 people. The home was fairly clean and quite spacious but the cockroaches kind of overpowered anything redeeming about the home.

Summary: We had a nice stay here. Didian was easy to communicate with and responsive. It was hard to have meals here as the place didn’t have a dinning table with seating for 6 adults. It only had an kitchen island with 4 bar stools surrounding it. The kitchen could use some more supplies like baking sheets, scissors, cheese grater, and extra towels.

Summary: Very Navy/Army Friendly. The townhouse was very nice great kitchen and space for everyone to do there thing. Easy to get to everywhere, Annapolis, DC, and even spent a day in W Virginia hiking great falls! We will be staying there again when we return to visit our Son. If you are staying in the summer you might want to ask the host to turn the AC on the morning of your stay it’s a big space and takes a bit to cool down but it was no big deal. See you soon Maryland 😊👍

Summary: We had plenty of room for ourselves and our son and grandchildren. The beds were comfortable and everything was very convenient. The owner was quick to respond when we had a small glitch with the refrigerator. It turned to be a breaker that just needed to be reset. We had a great time with our family.

Summary: We came to visit a family member stationed at Ft. Meade. The convenience to base is ideal for that. The bonus was the entire rental, we were all VERY happy with it!!! It had a great kitchen, that we cook many meals. The open floor plan worked perfect for socializing.
