Summary: Start with I am not one to leave bad reviews when it can be relayed to the owner to fix. Start with the door. Has slide bolts to secure the door, the bolts don't go into the door jam. Useless. We put a chair under the door handle to secure at night best we could. Kitchen - missing a number of necessities. Silverware - has 4 forks for the house for example. Short on plates, glasses. No towels. Small Bathroom didn't lock, the toliet seat is broken (not on). Living room has ants (quite a few). May want to address the large ceiling stain in the living room- if you are going to call it newly remodeled. Upstairs - tile to master shower coming off, trip hazzard and can cut feet easily (I did). Towel rod over the bath tub is broken. All this can be resolved with a days work I'm sure. Big issue is the AC - it was 79 degrees and never dropped temp at the thermostat the last day (90+ outside). Days before the upstairs was this hot entire trip. I called to resolve on Saturday and they couldn't send a tech in on Saturday night. So, was too hot to stay and my family left Saturday. We left Sunday (day early) as well. Owner controls the temp off site apparently (nest thermostat) and the lower tenant was complaining the day we moved in on Wednesday for the same thing. We had a thermostat, it did nothing to change the temp. Told lack of movement will turn the unit off. BS. We were there hours, no change in temp.

Summary: If you have a larger group, the space was great. The location was fantastic. The Townhouse needs some maintenance - light bulbs, master shower doesn't drain very well, gate to get to the trash was broken. I would have expected the kitchen to have better appointments - no pot holders, no dish towel, no large bowel for salad, hand soap was empty or watered down. The floors had a lot of dirt on them, and I felt like it could have used a good cleaning. We had a fantastic time, and the little issues did not cause a damper on our visit.

Summary: Clean and very comfortable I enjoyed my stay easy to get along with very comfortable neighborhood kid friendly just the walls were kind of thin so it made it seem like when we were making noise that it was louder than what it was and he needed washing powder but other than that everything was perfect. Thank you so much

Summary: Nice place in quiet neighborhood. Good proximity to BWI and most necessities. Could really use some blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The streetlights are very bright making it difficult for those who need dark to sleep.

Summary: Nice place. Nice location, centrally located for access to grocery, Malls, Outlets: Close to Annapolis, Baltimore, Ft McHenry. Could use a lamp or two or three. The recessed lights in the ceilings are TOO BRIGHT. House with 3 bedrooms (six people) but not enought silverware or dishes to accomodate everyone.
