Positive: The accomodation was presented immaculately. The decor, the delf, cutlery, linen was top notch and made the accommodation feel like home from home. When I had to contact Rob & Krista, they responded very promptly and that helped provide a personal touch. Outdoor space is fantastic and very well laid out.

Positive: The villa was beautiful and very roomy!! Bathroom was big and the beds were very comfortable!! The pool and backyard were great and since it was a little cool out we found ourselves by the gas fire pit in the evening. Everything was provided to get you started for a wonderful stay. Coffee, creamer sweeteners, toilet paper and paper towels. Full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion were also provided. The beach was only 2-3 blocks away. Beach cart, Beach chairs, towels and umbrella were also available to use if you needed it. There is a trolly stop close to take you a short distance to the heart of cocoa beach. Only $1.50 a ride. A Breakfast place, tiki bar and a circle K were close enough to walk to. Rob and Krista were wonderful hosts! Rob even came by to set up the TV so we could watch the super-bowl with friends on the beautiful big TV! Can’t really say enough about this place.
Negative: The only thing I would suggest and it is minor is that you put cushions on outdoor lounges! That’s it!

Positive: Decor and the coziness of the condo along with proximity to beach and major strip! The backyard pool, fire pit area, cozy nook and shower were great.
Negative: Fire pit would not light.

Positive: The villa was decorated so cute! Loved the pink dishes to the pink beverage mixer. It had everything we needed for a comfortable fantastic stay. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The backyard area with pool, putting green, firepit etc was outstanding. Definitely would recommend.

Negative: On the last day, the door lock stopped working. Someone just walked in while we were watching tv. The lock didn’t work for the rest of the day.
