Summary: Room was amazing , view was great , i love having a kitchen so i can cook breakfast or dinner ect. And not have to go out all the time. Only thing that sucks is they have 1 elec charger for an EV and more thab 1/2 their outlets in the car garage were locked so i had to ask a staff member to unlock one so i could charge my car.

Summary: I arrived at 3:10 told my room would be ready very soon and I would receive a text. I sat in car for an hour and a half. Heard nothing. Finally had to return to the front desk at 4:45 and was told it's still not ready!!!!!! I can understand if 100s of people are checking it but NO ONE was there!!! 15 minutes later he finally handed me some keys. The room was beautiful but we didn't sleep all night because no one secured the deck furniture and it slid across the decks on our room and all the rooms around us ALL night!! It was a terrible experience. Bungee cords are cheap. Stop being lazy and secure deck furniture if you are getting wind like that. Again unacceptable for $500 a night!
