Summary: The initial property was exactly as expected - small, just for two - and very clean. The fridge didn't seem to be cooling and our host responded almost immediately. She offered another property across the street that was an upgrade right away. Not something she had to do, but appreciated that she wanted to make sure all went well. Her properties were both lovely, clean and right where we wanted to be.

Summary: This place is in a great location - walk to the beach, gym, restaurants and bars in minutes. The neighborhood has such a cute vibe. Sophia was very responsive and quickly answered all of my questions. The 1BR itself is clean, cute and cozy and for 1 or 2 people, my husband and I stayed here and it was the perfect size for us. I appreciated that there were beach chairs and an umbrella that we could bring to the beach. The kitchen has all the basic essentials for us to make breakfast/lunches. Two coffee pods are provided, so bring more if you're a coffee drinker. If we are ever in the area again, will definitely want to rent this VRBO again!
