Summary: Arrived after hours and the key process didn't work. The guy who came and helped was amazing and we got to our room once he arrived on property

Summary: Fire alarm in just my room went off in the middle of the night and had to go downstairs and search for someone who eventually took it off the wall. Then no hot water in the morning. Room was charming, just didn’t sleep or shower well.

Summary: The marsh in is perfect for your days in NOLA there is a ton of restaurants that are walking distance surrounded by a quaint neighborhood. The hotel itself is clean, quiet, and full of charm. If you need to work while you’re there the court yard is perfect for reading, working, or sitting outside and sipping cocktails from the bar! Would highly recommend

Summary: In town two nights for a wedding close by. It was pretty rainy the entire time, so we mostly ubered to get around. Bartender/barista was super friendly and helpful with recommendations on places to go. Rooms are very small and a little beat up.
