2 Bedroom Villa in Melrose on the Beach, Daufuskie Island

All inclusive Oceanfront Residence Club Villa on bridgeless Daufuskie Island. Your rental will include concierge services to make your ferry (pedestrian only), parking and grounds transport arrangements for each guest. Also includes one free golf cart - can be either 4 or 6 seater, just let us know what you prefer.
Our concierge can assist with suggestions for grocery delivery, and excursion or event bookings.
Three, Four or Seven Day stays are allowed and check in/out are Thursday and Sunday ONLY.
Unit includes beautiful large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Unit comes with a fully-equipped kitchen that offers granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Unit offers a large great room with gas fireplace that opens to spacious covered wooded porches. Gas grills are located outside of each building.
Pack n Plays and high chairs are available on request. Beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as linens, bath towels and toiletries welcome package are supplied for each unit.
Televisions are in each bedroom with an extra-large television in the Great Room as well as DVD players. A washer and dryer is also included.
WIFI with 5G speeds is available throughout.

Summary: This large 2-bedroom unit has been recently remodeled and is plenty big enough for two couples. There’s a screened porch on the third floor with a view of the water. Master bedroom has king bed along with tub and jacuzzi. We had to contact the owner when the golf cart didn’t start. She immediately sent the service guy over to fix what was a simple problem. We looked at places elsewhere on the island but this is at a convenient, central location. Highly recommended.

Summary: Our family had a great time staying at this property. The location was great and the villa was the perfect size for our family of 5. Our only complaint would be the potholes on the road in front of the property made the golf cart rides difficult. It also would have been nice if the pool was open, but we enjoyed the beach! We had a great time and plan to come back!

Summary: Really enjoyed the location, the apartment and the direct access to the beach. The concierge service, transfer to and from the ferry, and access to a golf cart were great touches. Highly recommend this location and working with this property management company.
