Updated pool home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 living areas. A huge pool oasis with grill and plenty of room for comfortable outdoor entertaining. Bedrooms are separated making it great for large groups/families. Quick 14 miles/22 minutes to USSSA Sports Complex in Viera. Centrally located to several beaches, short drive to Downtown Melbourne and within an hour to theme parks.

MAIN LIVING AREA: When you enter the home, the formal living room includs a pull-out queen couch and breakfast table for 4. The large modern galley kitchen features stainless steel appliances, undercounter lighting and fully stocked amenities.
Step down into the 2nd LIVING AREA/FLORIDA ROOM: A table for 10 with sideboard and large living room with oversized sectional couch and 55 inch tv, complete with cable and Roku (Netflix and Hulu included).
BEDROOMS: One bedroom with two queen beds and large laundry room are located off of the Florida room. 3 other bedrooms (king with adjoining new bathroom, queen bedroom and queen bedroom with hall bath) are located off of the formal living.
OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AREAS: Large pool oasis with heated pool (optional), bbq grill and casual seating.
HEATED POOL: Optional at $25/day. Pool will be set to 84 degrees for enjoying in the cooler months. Please note this is NOT a hot tub - 84 does not feel like a warm bath or hot tub. If it is warm outside, the pool feels cool. If it is cold outside, the pump does it's best to keep it at 84 degrees but, depending on the temperature differential, it may drop slightly.

Summary: Unkept property pool was a mass after 3 days guide said pool company on wensdays didnt happen we left 1 day early because pool was cloudy did not look good saw roaches it was not what we expected the pichures on line is not how it looks once you get there we will not return to that property

Summary: House was extremely clean upon arrival! Communication with owner was great. We had a slight issue with the lockbox and I was worried we’d be locked out for a while, but the host called with a solution almost immediately after I left a message. The pool area in the back is great. Very private, which was nice. The layout of the house made it feel much bigger than it is. We had plenty of space for our family of 4. Neighborhood leaves a little to be desired. Safe, but a bit run down. This house was definitely the nicest one on the block. Beach (Indialantic) is gorgeous and 15 min drive from house. Went to The Dove for Italian (recommendation from book), which was very good. Also got pizza from FM Pizza Oven which was delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Summary: This property facilitated one of our best extended family vacations. Plenty of room. House was clean, pool was nice. Plenty of towels etc. I believe renting this house made our vacation, it gave us the opportunity to enjoy the area and gave us place to come to that was like home.

Summary: The house was just as shown online. We had two families for a total of 7 and we were never over crowded. We rented the house to stay for a ballgame weekend and it was an easy drive. Easy access to I-95, beach, shopping, and restaurants. Will stay again if the opportunity arises.
