Positive: The level of service was above and beyond what we expected. Anything we needed from questions about places to visit to needing dishes for the villa were quickly taken care of. Our family enjoyed the stay incredibly.

Positive: A very beautiful place with wonderful staff. The pools are exceptionally clean, and the grounds are well-maintained. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. We were given a house with three bedrooms — the upper floors were just closed off. The house was a bit worn, but very clean and charming. Housekeeping came every day.
Negative: On the downside, they provide very little drinking water — it would be great to have a large bottle available. Also, there’s no kitchenware at all, not even forks or spoons, though since we had meals included, it wasn’t a big issue.

Positive: Super friendly staff, food was good, room was very comfortable and clean.
Negative: There are so many villas that accommodate families, but there is only one swimming pool.
