Enjoy the unique mid-century style of our spacious home, perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay. Located in a quiet residential area, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and can host up to 18 guests. The Space:
Our pool is open year-round and is not heated. Please inquire if you have questions.
Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will be welcomed by a decorative fireplace and a massive comfortable seating area. Walk straight, and you will reach our finished kitchen and dining area with complete amenities. Off the kitchen is our laundry area and a bathroom which has access to the hot tub. Behind the fireplace wall near the front entrance, you will see a relaxing living room with a sliding door view from the outside. One large bedroom is on the main level near the staircase with two queen beds and two double beds, and the two bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs.
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Summary: Overall cleanliness and condition of the property when we checked was less than satisfactory. We had an on-going issue with the first floor gas heating unit that never worked properly. Management did respond to our concerns promptly, however the heating issue was not resolved before we checked-out. Management issued a partial refund for the trouble. Location was very good for what we wanted to do.

Summary: We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Retro Retreat! Our team was in town for a tennis tournament, and this charming home was the perfect base for our weekend getaway. The spacious rooms comfortably accommodated all eleven of us, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub, which quickly became a cherished morning routine. Soaking in it while sipping coffee was a delightful way to start each day. The retro decor added a unique charm that made our experience even more memorable. With its convenient location and inviting atmosphere, we would definitely choose to stay here again!
