Summary: It was nice over all you go through a sketchy area to get back to there and the pool is shared with the motel you drive through. There’s two parking spaces and 3 cabins, only other thing is it was clean but the tops of everything besides the kitchen was coated with dust and spider webs

Summary: The a/c is in the front room and can't reach the middle sleeping area and cannot reach to the master bed even though they installed a fan. The a/c broke on the last day likely due to this. It was also dripping condensation down the side of the wall which I hope they fix. They also need to fix the bathroom faucet that sprays a fine stream of water on the floor. Other reviewers said the fridge was freezing food and it still is. If you turn it down, you'll then have melted ice, there is no in between and the renter clearly won't fix it. Only a few things to cook with, plus your coffee will have to be out of paper cups. Don't plan on baking though there is a range. A bit of plastic dishes and some non-plastic plates/bowls. Could we please get even one hook in the bathroom for towels and toiletries. It seems very essential. Your neighbors are about 3 feet from you. We didn't have anyone there for the first couple days, but could have been awkward. The surrounding hotel whose lot you'll park in is very run down and seems to be related to this renter, but not sure. We were able to track down a broom but had no way of keeping the sand out of the house until then. The only positive is the beach location which has a great view. If you're going to choose this place, pack a cooler and other necessities like it's a new camper that you have to stock and that doesn't have a/c.
