Summary: The room was small but ample and the customer service was great. If you are looking for a small cozy place that is easily accessible off the highway this is your place. I would stay again at this location.

Summary: The hotel and property were very good. Our experience with Hotels.com was poor. They never sent information about checking in. The property office was closed and a note told us we had to get check in information from Hotels.com. No success on doing that. Finally got a call back from the property manager and he helped get in our room 30 minutes after we arrived. The manager was very helpful in taking care of us. Hotels.com was a big failure.

Summary: Great little hotel in Fall River. Easy check in with keyless entry. Seems recently renovated. The room was very nicely done and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.
