Summary: We had a great time here. The house is very comfortable in a nice family neighborhood. August in Iowa was perfect for pool and family time. It was our best experience with VRBO.

Summary: House was nice and as advertised. The cleanliness could have been a bit better-some water slips on the kitchen floors, handprints on the wall, and master bath toilet didn’t appear to be cleaned prior to our stay. Easy enough to clean on our own though. Otherwise everything was great and the kids enjoyed the pool! Neighbors were very nice and had plenty of space for everyone (6 adults and 3 kids).

Summary: The property was as described. Mr. Kleiman was very responsive. He stopped by the property three times during the week to check on the pool. He also arranged for a neighbor to clean the pool skimmer daily.

Summary: The place was so nice and spacious. It has a lovely outdoor area with a pool. While I ran around doing wedding things, my friends who flew in were able to get some sun on the deck and swim in the pool. It was absolutely perfect! It was clean, nice residential neighborhood. The manager or owner was very easy to reach for any questions or needs. I definitely recommend. We were all impressed and glad we rented it.
