Summary: I was having trouble getting a hotel in Philly so I booked this place but just for me. I was spacious and nice and clean. Loved everything about my stay.

Summary: It's a great place - easy to get in and out, great location, easy to find (and for Uber to find). I didn't realize from the listing that there are four floors - you come in at the first floor, which has a kitchen, den, and patio but no bathroom. To use the restroom, you need to go down to the basement, or up to the second floor (two bedrooms and a bath) or up to the third (one big bedroom and big bath). To access the rooftop, you have to use a very small spiral staircase. It all worked for us, but would have been problematic if you have any more mobility issues than I do!

Summary: Everything about this home was amazing. It was spacious and perfectly designed. All of the necessary amenities were present and the host was a pleasure to work with. If you have a large group, this is the place for you.

Summary: This property lived up to expectations. The view as advertised is amazing from the rooftop patio. Beds were all comfortable and clean. The shower on the third floor is a little odd, but everything was in good shape when we got there. Clearly the house is well cared for. It was in a perfect location for all of the activities we had planned around Philly. Some of the surrounding area looks somewhat rough but that’s to be expected when staying in the heart of a big city. Didn’t feel unsafe, though. Would stay here again.

Summary: Great place to stay especially with a larger party. The roof top has an awesome view of the downtown skyline!! Beds were nice and comfortable. Kitchen is updated. Short walk to Target and other fast food places. 10 minute Uber rides to downtown restaurants and convention center. Clean!

Summary: Great place…great location. We were able to walk to our family’s home nearby which made things super convenient. The place was nice and exactly as advertised. Great space for an extended family get together with a nice size living room perfect for gatherings. Thank you for helping to make our first visit to Philly a wonderful experience!
