Newly renovated 3bedroom/2bathroom single level home (no stairs!) in the heart of Philadelphia! FREE private gated parking for 1 moderately sized vehicle (no large trucks or trailers, sorry)! The property is beautifully designed, cozy, meticulously clean, and central to everything the City of Brotherly Love has to offer! Sleeps 10.

The Space:
Designed for comfort, hominess, and convenience, the property is perfect for couples, traveling business partners, or vacationers alike! It's a single level home (no up and down the stairs) with 3 private bedrooms (all with queen beds), and two full bathrooms! The living room sofa also pulls out as a 4th bed (full size), and there is a fold-out floor mattress (queen sized)! The bathrooms are gorgeous, and private gated parking is ideal and hard to come by in the city! The living room has cable TV and ultra high speed internet to ensure your streaming and business needs are met. ***Parking for 1 moderately sized vehicle only (no large trucks or trailers please!)

Located in the Philadelphia neighborhood of Newbold! It's an up-and-coming neighborhood with great restaurants and bars within a short walk. Our property is very close to the best and most popular neighborhoods in the city: 3 blocks to voted "top foodie street in America" Passyunk Square! 5 blocks to Graduate Hospital! 15 blocks to Rittenhouse Square! 18 blocks to the Historic District! The subway is only 3 blocks from the house, and Uber is extremely convenient!

Summary: Best thing about this Vrbo was the owner’s appreciation of our love for coffee every morning.. The unit has multiple was to brew coffee with all the ingredients on site! We loved the location, safe and short walks to metro.

Summary: The apartment is well appointed, comfortable and in a great location. Easy access to the sports precinct as well as downtown. We were missing a couple of the amenities; however, the host was quick to give us a partial refund and were very responsive.

Summary: The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The gated parking was a huge plus! We rented a small/compact SUV and had no issues parking inside the gate. Just as the listing mentions, the parking will work for a small car so keep that in mind when renting your car - a large SUV will not fit and you will need to find on street parking, which can sometimes be tricky. There is a convenience store right across the street to grab snacks and/or drinks. I recommend this place - it was great!

Summary: Beautiful apartment. Felt large with high ceilings. Clean, well stocked kitchen, sleeps 6 (3 BRs) but they have a pull out couch & a mattress or 2 for the floor. Everything seems updated & nice! Parking space was very tight to get into, but there was a gate with a code to keep my car safe. We drive a Prius Prime, so our car is fairly small. Easy to code into the apartment as well! Our only 'complaint' was when we went in, there was a strange odor. Cleaning products? Something else? Despite that, we'd stay there again!

Summary: We stayed here a week as we toured Philly and NYC. This home is within walking distance to city center snd has easy access to public transportation and the highway. The parking space is tight, but convenient. The home is beautiful and well furnished. Our only complaint is that the listing says it sleeps 10, but we feel like that is a stretch. The bedrooms comfortably sleeps 6, but the pull out is uncomfortable. The property lists futons in the bedrooms, but outside of a thin futon mattress, there is no futon. Minor complaint, and we were pleased with the value and amenities for our stay.
