The Space:
First floor: Comfortable open concept living room with a TV with 2 sofa beds. Kitchen equipped with adequate cooking supplies and basic spices! Coffee machine with coffee provided. Office work space with projector and desk lamps.
Second floor: Two bedrooms with Queen-sized memory foam mattresses and floor mattresses. Full bathroom. All rooms with walk-in private closet.
Third floor: Master bedroom with walk-in closet and a full bathroom. One Queen bed, a sofa bed, and a floor mattress available.
Fourth floor: Large deck and outdoor seating (can't be beat during the warmer months!). Enjoy the perfect view of Philadelphia from the top of this house!
Basement: 1 Queen bed, a sofa bed, and a floor mattress. Large space with full bathroom.

Summary: Such a wonderful property in the most walkable city in all of America. The host was easy to communicate with and while sometimes we had to park a few blocks away. We did get a spot right outside the townhouse as well. Cute and clean, i would definitely recommend this place !

Summary: The house was very clean and spacious. The rooftop area was awesome. A grocery store on the corner - very nearby. The owner was exceptional and very responsive to questions and quickly resolved a few issues we experienced. We would definitely stay there again!

Summary: A group of us stayed at the house for a reunion. It was very accommodating for a larger group. We loved the rooftop view and having lots of space. Please just note that if you plan on using the “floor mattresses” provided to proceed with caution. They all desperately need to be replaced and are full of stains. They are also not extremely supportive. Additionally, there is hardly any extra room in the house to even put the floor mattresses. The patio cushions were also torn and almost unusable so we didn’t spend as much time on the patio as we thought we would. Overall a great place to stay, though, and everyone was happy.

Summary: Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The parking was very difficult so you may want to consider Uber to get around. My only negative comment would be that the pull out beds/mats are very dirty and need replaced. My daughter decided to sleep on the couch instead

Summary: We had a good time at the place. It is convenient with everything you need throughout the house. The only uncomfortable place in the house is the basement. It is quite noisy for sleeping. Other than that, this place is great!

Summary: Vananh’s property was beautiful and at a great location! Almost every room had a smart tv so we could play music and the amenities were very nice. The location was perfect for us but parking was a hassle, which seems common in Philly and not unique to the property. A lot of damp/smelly towels and linens were left in the dryer and there was no detergent or dryer sheets to start a new load. The floor mattresses were also very low on the floor, small, and had stains on them so air mattresses would’ve been preferred. The rooms were also tight for 16 guests but we made it work for a weekend. I notified Vananh about these issues immediately and she addressed my concerns right away. I appreciated her quick responses and hope that she’ll welcome us for our annual retreat again!
