This spacious, modern home was given the name 'Bayview' due to the stunning views of the bay which can be enjoyed from the hot-tub, large sun-deck, all 4 bedrooms, both living areas and dining area.
Located just across the road from the pristine shores of Lake Taupo, Bayview is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the company of loved ones.
Soak in the hot-tub, or walk down the driveway and cross the street to dip your toes in the lake!
This newly renovated home can sleep up to 12 guests. Due to the bedding configuration - we allow no more than 10 adults per booking. There are 3 bathrooms including the private ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom.
You are only a couple of minutes walk to the 2 Mile Bay Cafe which is a fantastic spot right on the lake that serves drinks and delicious wood fired pizza!
Your nightly rate includes exit clean. Linen and towels are provided.
Bedding configuration is – 3x Queen, 1x Single, 2x Sets of bunks (Single over Double, and Single over Single), 1x Single Floor mattress (the floor mattress, and top bunks are only suitable for children. For this reason we allow no more than 10 adults per booking). If you require bedding for the floor mattress, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
Special conditions:
Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm. The neighbours are very close.
This house is strictly not suitable for any parties/events or loud groups. Any excessive noise, disturbance to neighbours or anti-social behavior will not be tolerated.

Summary: Great views ! Location was close to everything . The hot tub was a fantastic treat and the beds were comfortable . Grill was wonderful to have for cooking meals . Lots of space . We struggled a bit with the cook top as we weren’t familiar with it and there were no instructions . Overall a wonderful stay

Summary: We were so impressed by the location, rooms, spacious living onto the deck and amazing views of the Lake! So good to have a fully equipped kitchen ie: utensils, platters, boards, bowls etc - just fantastic! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Two Mile Bay. The House is gorgeous. Plenty of space for all of us, and we had lots of age groups in our possé. The home has several relaxing areas for all ages groups. Location is perfect and views are sensational.

Summary: What an awesome property for our whanau weekend, 9 adults and 5 moko under the age of 11 and it worked. Ample space, amazing location, we were able to watch from the spa as some of us launched the boat. We managed to park 5 vehicles and the boat. The only suggestion we have to improve our next stay would be it might be time for a new bar-b-que
