Positive: A very cute stay in one of their cottages. A very pleasant experience
Negative: If one could magically squeeze in a double-bed into the cottage, that would make it 11/10 points. The rest was wonderful. But be aware what you book - it is an experience :)

Positive: Excellent location for entering the National Park , 10 minutes by car. Great walks from the lodge . The staff were all so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for Denisse who gave us continuous weather updates and help with where to go. She was amazing . Food was excellent and rooms comfortable. Nice relaxing place to stay surrounded by magnificent views.

Negative: We stayed in the cabins for one night. It was perfect for a one night transition between places, but it was really tiny and they didn’t have much of indoor public space where we could hang outside the tiny cabins … they were kind to let us sit at the dining room for a drink before dinner service

Positive: The Lodge is in a great location, just minutes from the entrance to Torres del Paine Ntl. Park. We stayed three nights - we had a four-person room and there was ample space for all of us. The breakfast was very good with many options, and the dinner was excellent! The staff was very helpful and quickly fixed the broken lock on our door. We particularly enjoyed seeing the horses running by at breakfast time.
Negative: There was not always hot water and the wi-fi was sometimes weak, but I think these issues are understandable in such a remote location - you just have to roll with it.
Summary: A wonderful stay in a superb location.

Positive: - The staff (especially a lady called maria Jesus) were outstanding, they were very helpful - Restaurant was very good - the common area are well designed - the location is good
Negative: - Room (cabin) insulation, even with the heater the cold wind was penetrating the cabin - Very small size of room - The outdoor cabins are not aligned to the quality standards of the rest of the property and the price paid is not worth it

Positive: Great location Nicely decorated lounge and common area Parking on site Fast internet/WiFi (most of the time) Friendly staff - they can direct us to the right directions and provided partial information
Negative: Small room & bathroom Food (limited options, didn't taste good, small portion size, and overpriced) Not able to bring outside food to eat in the restaurant (but can have it in the common areas) Pricey (applicable to everything in TdP) No related to the property: the roads in the park and to/from Puerto Natales to the property are 95% gravel/unpaved, some parts were in pretty bad conditions (had to drive really slow)

Positive: Had a great stay at Morrena Lodge. Room clean, spacious and comfortable. Location just 10 minutes away from the entrance of the Parque. Very kind and friendly staff always up to satisfy my requests. The restaurant is the icing on the cake: they serve delicious food.

Positive: Amazing food. We literally looked forward to dinner every single night and couldn’t wait to see what the specials were. The restaurant is a 10/10. The staff is stop notch and so friendly. The property is beautiful. Such an amazing little retreat.
Negative: The only thing- literally the only thing- was the noise in the hallways at night or in the early morning. More-so a problem of some guests not being respectful, but the walls are fairly thin. The place is so amazing though that I would overlook this one thing because it was just that good.
