Positive: The view was incredible over the valley and definitely my favourite things about the place. The location was perfect for those travelling to the national park for hiking and not wanting to spend an exorbitant amount on the trip. The kitchen worked great and rooms were clean and cozy. Wifi worked wonderful. The host was also a very kind lady who offered us crampons and hiking polls free of charge. There were also a few friendly dogs roaming the area. I loved this stay.

Positive: Good location at Serrano to explore TNP. All roads leading to TNP are gravel, so plan your trip well before embarking on your drive. Views are epic & stunning! We had a lovely cozy cabin with views of the Mts. Bed was toasty & comfortable with a nice sofa & functional kitchen; although chipped mugs & plates should have been replaced & oven, cooking wares could do with a better clean. From a price perspective, it’s good value & exceeded our expectation.
Negative: Cleanliness of the cooking ware & chipped mugs & plates.
Summary: Lovely cozy cabins in Serrano; gateway to TNP entrance.

Negative: A little farther away: 40 min drive to the catamaran, 30 min to Lago Grey, 1 hr 40 min to the Welcome center.
