3 Bedroom Cabin in Payson

We designed and built this home in 2003. The home offers 2400 square feet of living space which includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 game room, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry room, and a dining area. There are also three exterior decks to allow you to be in the sun or shade all day long. The decks add another 900 square feet of space to enjoy.
All of the bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a custom king size bed that looks like it's floating. It has it's own bathroom with great views from the shower and tub. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom have access to a 300 square foot deck that offers amazing views of the Mogollon Rim. The third bedroom upstairs has two twin beds with plenty of room to throw down some additional blankets for others to sleep. The upstairs also includes a second bathroom that is shared between the two guest rooms.
The downstairs living room has two sofas. The living room has a modern TV and Sonos speaker system, a fireplace, a classic arcade game, and plenty of room to relax. With so many windows, you can look at the views all day.
The game room includes a pool table and darts. While you are playing, just open the windows and doors to let the cool mountain breeze in the home.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals. There are enough dishes to easily accommodate your visit.
The laundry room has a modern washer and dryer with a game closet stocked with plenty of fun.
Downstairs also includes a third bathroom. All three bathrooms have a tub and shower.
The house includes high speed internet, DirecTV, and a phone where you can call any number in the US. Keep in mind, your cell phone will have very limited coverage.

Summary: This cabin is secluded in the beautiful pine mountains just 20 mins from downtown Payson. It was the perfect weekend getaway for my family and friends.

Summary: I would have given this rental 5 stars, but the only rooms with blinds were the bedrooms. The master bathroom had three full-length windows in the shower with no privacy. The room with the pool table was a little tight, but it was still fun. The yard was great with trees everywhere. It was within minutes of a creek. The kitchen had many basic items stocked. There was basic cleaning done, but there were quite a few cobwebs. The host did a wonderful job communicating everything in a timely manner. The wifi worked well.

Summary: We really liked this cabin. It was spacious, secluded, and peaceful. The only drawback was the cabin was hot the first afternoon, but BJ quickly helped us get that figured out and had no issues the rest of our stay. He was super responsive and helpful. We are already talking about coming back to this cabin...

Summary: This rental had everything inside we could possibly need for our stay including anything you’d need in the kitchen, grilling tools, even tin foil and ziploc baggies (which we found useful) shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair curling iron, hair straightener, lots of blankets, pillows, towels, cleaning supplies, washer, dryer, laundry detergent. There is a lot for an entire family to do: pool table, darts, tether ball, tire swing, all on a large private property with lots of trees and room to explore. Plenty of room for cars to park. We especially loved the cows that wander through the property!! Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The owner was very helpful and informative about the property and things to do in the area, which we appreciated. Definitely plan to book another stay here in the Fall.

Summary: Bj is truly a cut above the rest. I was very nervous since this was my first experience with VRBO. But he was very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend this location for anyone that's trying to get away from City and enjoy sometime in nature.

Summary: I have older teens. One of them is in college and the next two siblings are right behind the oldest, this next year. We reserved a trip to spend some family time before they grow up and are unable to join us because of unpredictable life events that can occur when we become adults. At one point it almost made me sad seeing us all together, enjoying our time as a family (getting older) We have rented a few cabins throughout the years. This cabin surpassed the rest and of them by far according to my family. The pool table, the scenery, the rooms and privacy was exceptional. The communication with the property manager /the owner was thorough, friendly, welcoming and responsive. They gave us several suggestions on what other sites all around the area. If you come out here, you definitely want to take advantage to of trails and or attractions out here. You get to see a lot of wild life up close from the window. It’s is a site to see.
