* Maximum Occupancy: Legal Limit: The maximum occupancy, as per STR Ordinance, is 10 guests MAX (including infants) = 8 adults + 2 small kids
* Serene Evenings: To maintain a tranquil family setting, we observe quiet hours starting at 9 pm. This ensures a peaceful atmosphere for everyone's enjoyment and compliance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Refund Details: Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made 7-14 days prior to check-in (depending on your Channel Partner).
• Cancellation Process: A reservation is officially canceled when the guest notifies Mt. Maplewood Lake House in writing and obtains online cancellation in the booking system. Applicable taxes and credit card charges will be retained and remitted.
• Refunds: For a refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 14-30 full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time (or 4:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in. No refund is available for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in. * Non-Refundable Option is Not Refundable.
• Early Departure: If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
