Positive: The apartment is lovely, stylish and functional. The balcony has a view on the sea even though it's not super clear since there are palms in front. But you can still hear the sound of the ocean and spend peaceful mornings or evenings with the breeze of the wind. Unfortunately we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Maria but she was always replying fast to any request and the staff is really welcoming and efficient. The breakfast is absolutely marvelous, prepared every morning with fresh products, and very abundant. Highly recommended

Negative: Unfortunately both the net on the bed and at the windows had holes therefore we had some mosquitoes entering and biting.. As a plus, it could have been appreciated some welcome water (seems to be mentioned also in the description) and maybe some salt/spices/oil to cook. But this could have just given an extra touch to the already perfect staying

Positive: Heaven on earth, the most wonderful place to emerse in another world. Friendly owner, always ready to accommodate the wishes of the guests. The apartment was very clean, with lots of art and nice sea objects. The furnishings are also of high quality, once in a lifetime experience! The apartment has the most picturesque big terrace that is shadowed by palms and has the beautiful wide views of the turquoise waters of the favorite Indian Ocean. I warmly recommend this apartment if someone wants to experience a unique close meeting with the ocean. Pwani Mchangani (the fisher village where the apartment is located) offers the best and cleanest beach on the whole island of Zanzibar. There are nice restaurants along the coast in walking distance from the apartment offering tasty sea dishes. Thank you Nakupenda Malaika for the unforgettable best time of my life in Zanzibar ❤️❤️❤️

Positive: Place was really spotless, photos are accurate, beachfront as described, parking is provided on premises, there are deck chairs and an umbrella that are reserved just for you. We requested a slightly bigger portions for breakfast and the host kindly approved our request.

Negative: One of the reasons we reserved this apartment was because it has washing machine, we thought it was free to use as there was no warning of surcharge on the booking listing. However when we arrived there was a note that it costs 10 dollars per cycle, which is pricey (few months ago i paid 3 francks, that's about 4 dollars, for a cycle in Switzerland, using Miele professional washing machine). But that wouldn't bother us if it was specified in the listing details. Don't expect crystal clear water, but i doubt you can get that anywhere on Zanzibar without taking a boat trip.
