Summary: We have rented in Rhode Island for years, adjusting each year for our family's needs. This house is by far the best we have ever encountered. The location of the house is close enough to walk to the beach, and the rental includes a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for use during our stay. The appliances are new, functioning, and standard size which made preparing meals enjoyable. The hosts thought of every eventuality when outfitting the kitchen, with place settings for eight people and every kitchen tool a family would need. The layout of the house is airy and open, the furniture was comfortable, and the decorations were aesthetically pleasing. One of the best aspects of the rental is that it was PRISTINELY clean when we arrived and there was a lovely welcome bag for us waiting. The owner is friendly, responsive, and while he lives next door, he is not intrusive at all. We had a wonderful vacation and will be back!

Summary: We have stayed in the Scarborough south neighborhood for several years in a row and really love being able to walk to the beach. Bonus was the small screen porch and the full finished basement so the kids could have space to themselves. We also loved having the water dispenser with the fridge as most rentals haven’t included that. Overall it was a great stay!

Summary: This is the 3rd house that we've rented in Narragansett, RI over the last 4 years and it is by far the best of the lot! The house is a short (10 minute) walk to the beach. The place has been completely updated, is very clean, well equipped and everything works! Having a 2nd fridge downstairs is a huge help, too. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

Summary: You can’t beat the location of this beach house! Upon check in we had a little welcome bag with snacks and wines. The house was clean and modern. The backyard was private and decently sized for small gatherings with family. The downstairs has extra beds for guests staying over night, perfect for our extended family and friends. We are already looking forward to staying next year! Thank you, Chris!
