Summary: The home was well maintained. Location to public transpiration was very convenient. Private driveway, parking spacious for two vehicles was a big plus. The surrounding neighborhood seemed a little tired, however we always felt safe. The master bedroom could benefit from some type of wardrobe to accommodate clothing storage. Overall, very happy. Summary: House was exactly as advertised, might have even been better than described. Great location and very clean. Plenty of room for our rather large group with enough space and extra linens. We had absolutely no issues with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Had a good stay at the property this past week. Overall, we enjoyed the property. GREAT location, especially since the Street Car is close, but we walked to and from the French Quarter/Downtown as well. Nice sized rooms, especially the master.

Summary: Loved the style and location of the place. I never leave negative reviews and usually just notify property manager if any issues. Since i read so many reviews on thisproperry that the manager disputed, did not rectify, or listed as a budget issue, i thought i would should list for all to see so it may be better for next visitor. Upon arrival we noticed bathroom trash cans sitting out in hallway or on counters, and all stools on counters and table. A little odd but we hunted down trash bags and moved everything to their appropriate spots. No big deal. The part that was disturbing was how black our feet and socks were after only 10 minutes in the house. Floors appeared clean to the naked eye but clearly had not been mopped in a long time. I sent a message and picture to manager and he apologized and said would address. Also spots like fake plants, standing mirrors and ceiling fans were dilthy. The sode of the master bed bottom sheet was stained in an odd area al which looked like maybe someone had puked down the side of the bed. There are no hooks in bathrooms other than one that a previious reviewer said they bought and left over the door. The toilet paper also has tosit on counter because no roll holder. We had no hand towels in bathrooms and just a few towels. Again, not a huge deal and im guessing they would have brought us some but we just used kitchen hand towels. We only stayed a couple of nights. The master has no dresser nor closet or places tp bathcoo.

Summary: We would definitely recommend this home to others coming to New Orleans for it's cleanliness and close location to the Canal St. tram. I was a little disappointed that I had to bring the stools down to the floor at both the island and the high top upon arriving. Summary: We were so pleased when we arrived and found it so easy to follow the instructions for entry. Cody, our property manager was very easy to talk to. He made sure that we had all the information needed to make our stay GREAT. We plan to visit this exact location in the future.
