2 Bedroom Villa in Plantation, Venice

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa with a spacious living room and dining room has a sunny Florida room and a charming side lanai. Beautifully renovated and furnished. it has new stone tile floors throughout the entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen, new carpet in the bedrooms and newly renovated bathrooms with granite vanities and new tile floors. The gorgeous white kitchen was renovated in 2020. The main bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV and a large walk-in closet. It also has a separate vanity with a make-up table and a large vanity in the main area of the private bath.Wait until you see the new walk in stone shower!
The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed that can be converted to 2 twins, a beautiful sunny bay window and a large double closet. It also has a private entrance to a private bath with an eye-catching granite vanity.
The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen has a new dishwasher, a refrigerator with a water filter, ice maker, white cabinets, a large double sink and granite counter tops.
The living room has a large flat screen TV and gorgeous decor!
Located in Harrington Lake within a very short walk to the neighborhood pool and a 15 minute drive to Venice beaches on the charming island with many great restaurants. Bike paths can be found throughout the neighborhood area and throughout Venice. Many public golf courses are available throughout the Venice community.

Summary: Condo was completely updated with luxury finishes and stocked with every possible thing you would want. Jeanie and Mark went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We have been vacationing in Florida for several years and this was definitely one of the best experiences we have had.

Summary: What a nice and comfortable home to rent! Comfy bed, nice lanaii , plenty of room for us! Lightening hit the A/C circuit and blew it out...owner was expedient in calling the HVAC company and we were up and running in just a few hours! Nice development and lovely streets to take our daily walks. Would definately stay again!

Summary: The owners, Jeanie & Mark, have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils to cook whatever you want. Bicycles are available which is a great amenity so that we didn't need to haul our bikes from Ohio. Beach chairs are available if you want to soak up the sun by the Gulf. On our first night we screwed up the TV reception. After a 5-minute phone call to Mark, he had our reception back so we could watch our favorite TV shows. The owners are very accessible and easy to work with. The 2:00PM check-in time even exceeds other rentals as most others have a 4:00PM check-in time. We met many of the neighbors in this quiet & safe neighborhood. All of whom are extremely friendly and helpful...like for tips on good restaurants. We definitely recommend this villa rental and would love to return in 2023.
