Positive: The property was in a very very quiet location and the grounds were nicely kept. On the good days, it was really a special deal to sit outside and look at the serene view. The bed was very comfortable and big enough to accommodate 3 people. There were 2 full bathrooms in the apartment although the locations were a bit awkward. The kitchen was small (in my opinion) since I prepared a lot of meals at the apartment but all the appliances were in good working conditions. I would recommend this property for anyone who is looking to get away and require peace and quiet. I would stay here again if it is available on my next visit to BDA.
Negative: Disappointing was the ease of utilising the laundry services (washer & dryer). The laundry door is kept closed and you need to advise the host what time you need to used the machine and they would leave the door unlocked. I would have preferred a key being kept in a central location or a key being extended to the guest (me) on arrival for easier accessibility.

Positive: I am a local resident who was looking for a quiet and private place to relax and regroup from a long, very hectic year at work. The Neston and Wayne did not disappoint! Neston is well equipped with everything you'll need to make your stay feel as though you are home away from home! The grounds are immaculately kept and well lit at night giving a sense of security without being invasive while trying to sleep. I only occupied on of the two bedrooms that I booked. I had the absolute best 3 nights sleep on a beautiful King Size bed dressed with soft fresh linen. The Kitchen and Bathrooms were well equipped and fresh as well. I'm not really a television person but if you are, there is several sources for you to choose from for your entertainment. Wayne contacted me occasionally via messages to ask if there was anything I may be in need of and thanked me for choosing the Neston for my "Staycation" He was an awesome host, readily available should I have needed him. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the Neston. Wayne was very accommodating and ensured that I was aware of all the amenities available to me. The home is also minutes away from a full service Petrol Station, Grocery Store, Beach and some amazing site seeing excursion which are very simple to arrange. I took advantage of these even as a local visitor of the Neston. The Neston was extremely easy to locate. Wayne gave me ample notice on how to do this, simple and smooth process. The Neston is definitely value for money and I am already looking to return during Easter or Summer periods.
Negative: The down side to my stay, which was strictly controlled by the COLD and RAINY weather. Unfortunately, I was unable to utilize the pool, kayaks or enjoy a meal outside over looking an amazing sea view. Never the less, it was a beautiful stay all the same!

Positive: The view! Serenity. Proximity to a surprisingly good gas station café 1/2 mile down the road by the bus stop. Washer, dryer, pool and kayak. Comfy bed. Full kitchen. Easy access to Hamilton, St. George, Dockyard etc via bus and ferries.
Negative: The only low point was the kitchen. In an elegant apartment costing $300/night, one would expect a more generous offering of basics such as paper towels, oil, vinegar, tea and a greater variety of serving bowls and platters and--most important-- (matching) plateware and mugs that were not chipped!

Positive: Fantastic location with stunning views across Harrington Sound. Wayne was a lovely host, keen to ensure we had an enjoyable stay and as a result all our requirements were met. Property was great, spacious and very clean. Good value too as Bermuda can be very pricey! For any visitors that might have concerns that the property is not in the town centre, it really was not an issue at all. Not only is there a bus stop close by (buses every 15 mins), but taxi's were simple to book and you can rent electric cars or mopeds. Property is well located at around the mid point between Hamilton and St George's which are two primary attractions. Would be our first choice if we return to Bermuda again!

Negative: I did NOT like.. I sent a message through booking app. It's very Odd to me how the "host" did not recieve the information about my Daughter, stating that her friends wanted to stop by to Cheer her up and if it was OK to go into the pool for the evening. I received a message with my check-in time and a message at the bottom saying, "that is OK."I have been sending messages back and forth all week. The Host was very abrupt and a bit rude to my girls. When I approached he did not speak, he wasn't very nice. Clearly unaware of our meaasges.." It was the First message I sent to be exact..." Saying," he has someone watching the house, It was all this traffic." His Asking me, "Do you know who I am?" Why?... Saying all this in front of the kids. Made my girls and myself feel very uncomfortable.. He stated he did not recieve that message. Ok fine... He wanted to see my phone for the messages. As showing him the messages, he cuts me off to ask about the car/bike. "Its my car .. My bike." He should have came straight to the appartment that he rented to speak to an adult. Not make my kids feel uncomfortable.. It says kids of all ages are welcome. He took my money and stated he Will check with his family... He never came back. Ok.. We are in the pool now, and the kids are playing... His watching from his room, then comes out to tell them, "be quiet.." Wow. We decided to spend the rest of the evening inside.. No TV in the room for the kids.. And the one TV that worked, you still could not use it.. No cable box, no reg TV. Nothing.. Lucky we had tablets/phone. The bed in the master bed room was extremely hard...

Positive: The property is very peaceful, clean, relaxing and attractive. All of our needs and expectations were met or exceeded.
Negative: This is not about the property specifically. Our only issue was scheduling transportation in a timely manner. That is not a reflection of our booking property. However, our host was most helpful in assisting us and even offering to get us to our destination in time for a scheduled event.
Summary: Last minute short term rental turned into a gem of a find that we would love to rebook

Positive: The property was beautiful! The setting on the water, the pool, and the condo itself was spectacular. It was clean and updated with very comfortable beds. Kayaks were available for use to paddle around the sound but we chose to dive off the dock and swim in the beautiful water. The host, Mr. Furbert, was personable and kind and had the time to take us around St. George’s and tell us some of the history of the island.
Negative: The walk to the bus stop got long and tiring toward the end of the stay. There were also two small, yapping dogs in the owner’s area that barked throughout the night and early morning during the last two days of the visit. The dogs truly soured our stay at this beautiful property.

Positive: Property was exactly as advertised.
Negative: I was unaware of the extra guest which wasn’t really bad and the owner and a pool party for his granddaughter’s birthday. Luckily, I had something planned to be off the property, but what if I didn’t? I wouldn’t have access to the pool. I didn’t read the fine print where this is a cash only property. No fault to Mr. Wayne but had I read thoroughly, I would have NEVER booked this property. I have no protection like the pool I paid for but didn’t have access to, due to the party.
Summary: Over all the property is well kept, conveniently located and accessible.
