Summary: Great location. Within walking distance of the lake, food, and entertainment. Neighborhood is peaceful and has a small-town feel. House was nicely furnished and was well taken care of inside and outside.

Summary: Great location, walking distance to the lake, restaurants, and shops! The house was spotless and absolutely beautiful! We loved the attention to detail and all of the personal touches with snacks, coffee station, games and bikes!!! Can't wait to come back again!!

Summary: Booked this gem a month or so out and was absolutely impressed with the home. Kris was awesome! I texted her a couple times with simple questions and she called me within 5 minutes every time. She is great! My son also left his hat at the house and she found it and is shipping it to me. Home is VERY clean and felt brand new. It was our first time staying off the lake so we werent sure if we would like it. Loved the walking distance to the Golf Club for dinner and into Bemus for fun. Neighborhood is very clean and nice. They had four new bikes in the garage that we loved riding around town as well. Highly recommend this home!
