Summary: The place was very clean. Has TVs in every room. Wi-Fi, streaming services. They only require that you take out the trash before you leave. No washing sheets and towels. The owners are very responsive to requests and needs. The next time I am I am in Tallahassee I would definitely look for this property. It’s about 15 to 20 minute drive to FAMU in about 10 to 15 minute drive to FSU.

Summary: Townhouse was nice and clean. Unfortunately the wall neighbor plays his music loud all times of the day and night. For the price we paid to stay at the Townhouse for a month , I would expect some peace and quiet.
