Positive: The location was excellent as the property was located in a typical neighborhood; it was quiet and we felt secure.
Negative: The master bed was a king however the mattress was soft and a bit lumpy. We experienced ants in the bathroom and the kitchen but bought ant traps and the problem was quickly resolved.
Summary: This is a comfortable, secure, and enjoyable stay.

Positive: This was the best decision we could have made. We typically stay in hotels or with family while in Cape Coral, but thought we'd try a vacation rental home instead. We THOUROUGHLY enjoyed our stay!!! The owners are excellent, communicated directions for use and are easy to work with. The home was built in 2023, has an open concept, 3 bedrooms and was perfect for us. VERY clean, modern decorations, screened in patio with a gas grill and seating. We loved that the house also has a canal on the back of the property. Sitting on the patio or sitting in the living room looking out the sliding glass doors with the canal view was very relaxing. Needless to say...WE LOVED OUR STAY and look forward to renting again.
