Villa Bellissima invites you to relax and take a break from the everyday life. This beautiful contemporary vacation home, built in 2018, offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Please note that the maximum occupancy is 4 guests! From the large living room to the stylish white kitchen, the house impresses with its clean modern style. The spacious, light-infused master bedroom overlooks the canal and makes waking up a pleasure. The attached main bathroom is very generously designed. It offers a modern bathtub, double sinks and a walk-in shower with a glass door. The 2nd bedroom overlooks the pool area, has its own bathroom with bathtub and an exit to the pool. The 3rd bedroom has its own bathroom as well.
The beautiful pool area faces south and invites you to sunbathe or linger by the water. Due to the perfect orientation, you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. The gas grill makes a perfect barbecue possible in a cozy atmosphere. Quiet moments can be experienced down by the canal under the Tiki Hut. Here you can observe fish, turtles, sea otters and various birds.
Please note: The rental rate is based on the number of guests. The basic rent only covers two guests. The $300 security deposit is fully refundable. The electric fee of $0.15 / kWh is not included and will be charged at departure based on the usage during your stay. As per local ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacation homes in Cape Coral is 7 nights.

Das geraumige lichtdurchflutete Hauptschlafzimmer, gewahrt Blick auf den Kanal und macht das Aufwachen zum Vergnugen. Das angeschlossene Hauptbad ist sehr groBzugig gestaltet. Es bietet eine moderne Badewanne, Doppelwaschbecken und eine begehbare Dusche mit Glastur. Das zweite Schlafzimmer uberblickt den Poolbereich, hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einen Ausgang zum Pool. Auch das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad.
Der wunderschone Poolbereich hat Sudlage und ladt zum Sonnenbaden oder Verweilen am Wasser ein. Durch die perfekte Ausrichtung kann man sowohl den Sonnenaufgang als auch den Sonnenuntergang genieBen. Der Gasgrill macht ein perfektes Barbecue in gemutlicher Atmosphare moglich.Ruhige Momente erlebt man unten am Kanal unter der Tiki Hut. Hier kann man Fische, Schildkroten, Seeotter und verschiedene Vogel beobachten.

Summary: The property exceeded our expectations! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, and the property manager was great! The only thing we couldn’t use was the grill because someone over tightened the knob on the propane tank and none of us could turn it. We left a message at the number in the book but no one called back so maybe that wasn’t the right number, but it was no big deal we just used the oven instead. This was our first girls trip and we spent most of our time in the beautiful pool!! Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home! We all said we would definitely come back! We just had two minor suggestions - add a small tv in each bedroom (most houses we have rented have a tv in each bedroom) and maybe add a wall clock out by the pool. We loved the house and the beautiful canal views. The dock with tiki hut was beautiful!!

Summary: Everything was good. The air conditioner broke first night & they had a repair person out the next morning. Two things I thought would make it better, I use a hand shower at home and there wasn’t one in any of the washrooms. 2nd item which I am sure is an insurance issue or stealing is there were not any sharp knives to prepare food. Bring your own knives if you use them and have fun. Lots of birds, turtles and even a pair of otters in the channel.

Summary: We had an amazing relaxing time. There was construction but one of the houses is basically completed. The construction did not bother us. We loved sitting by the pool watching all the fireworks all weekend long for the 4th of July! We would rent this house again! It is within 10 minutes of Pine Island which was amazing!

Summary: This house , pool and dock area are beautiful. The property has anything that you could possibly need and is in pristine condition. My son and his friend spent hours fishing from the dock. The house is in close driving proximity to lots of shops and restaurants. I would have loved to give this property 5 stars. However, our stay was slightly spoilt by the building works going to each side of the property which we were not advised of before our stay. There was noise from the machines and workers all day. When it got to the weekend we thought we may get some peace and quiet but unfortunately that was not the case. A concrete pump wagon and 2 concrete wagons turned up at 06.15am in the morning and were working all morning. There were also workers on the other side on Sunday morning. This affected our relaxation at this wonderful holiday home.

Summary: We loved our stay at this property so much! It was a perfect house that felt like a home. We liked having the bikes as options to quickly ride to Starbucks. The only thing was that we weren’t notified up front of the construction going on on both sides of the house until the day before saying “there’s no refund for cancellation because of this”. The construction itself wasn’t too big of an issue for us, but the way it was handled was slightly unprofessional. It should have been disclosed up front right after I made the booking rather the day before check in saying we couldn’t cancel and get a refund. It felt shady like they were trying to hide that detail until it was too late for us to get our money back if it would’ve been an issue for us - because these houses next door have been in progress for months, and it was well known there was construction next door when we booked but we weren’t notified until the day before check in. Small issue, but it was a wonderful stay and we’d go back!
