Tortuga is a beautifully decorated four-bedroom, three full bathroom luxury Villa with amazing conveniences.
Tortuga is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape with a Fresh Water canal great for fishing and southern exposure views.
This home will give you tranquility, nature and many options for walks and watching Florida Wildlife. Located in a quiet neighborhood but centrally located to many shops and close to the Surfside Shopping Center with plenty of walking and biking paths this home has many amenities for a great vacation.
As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a large living room with a wide-open floor plan, offering breathtaking views. The family room is open to the kitchen and dining area.
This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, luxury and well-designed open vacation home.
Tortuga features beautiful airy décor; the four bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two King size bedrooms and two Queen bedrooms.
Two of the king bedrooms have their designated en-suite bathroom, which gives you plenty of privacy. The third bathroom can be accessed from the hallway from the other two guest rooms.
The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and large dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious center island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
