Summary: Had a wonderful stay in Des Moines. The apartment is in a great location - walk to restaurants, shops, the capitol building, and the river trail. The club on the first floor was a little loud the first night, but quieted early and was closed during the week. The apartment had everything we needed for a week’s stay including laundry machines.

Summary: Great location and had everything we needed for our stay. It did feel however a hotel and less like a home though. Some simple personal touches would give a more home like feeling for guests. That being said these are not an absolute. Overall a great place and we’d use again.
