SEASCAPE VILLA is a spacious, gated, all concrete home. It’s my 3rd St Thomas property, located in Peterborg on the beautiful, cooler, north shore. It joins Seaview Villa and Seaside Villa as the largest and new rental
SEASCAPE has a commanding view north to the ocean, Hans Lollick island, the British Virgin Islands and St John, as well as to the east and west.
Drive in and park under the car pergola. Walk WITHOUT ANY STAIRS to the house and proceed through the foyer to the magnificent 800sf open rafter living room. The living room has corner sliders which offer views of the pool, deck and ocean. The 8’ kitchen window faces the ocean as well. The dining table seats 10 and has 12 feet of window looking onto the landscaping. Off the living room is a convenient 1/2 bath with custom vanity.
Travel down the hall to two large bedrooms, each with its own large bathroom. The bedrooms each have 10’ of glass to give you the most magnificent view of the ocean and islands, and beautiful tiled en-suite bathroom with double vanity. Go down the staircase with exotic Cumaru wood treads to two additional bedrooms, each with large en-suite bathrooms and the same fabulous views. In the west bedroom King bed can be split to make two twins. All bedrooms have a TV, and Wi-Fi. The mahogany doors in all rooms are gorgeous.
Need to fax or copy? Just use the office. ( yes, it faces the ocean too).
Uh oh, it’s raining. Well no worries. At the end of the lower floor hall is a 500sf playroom with exercise bicycles, weights, card table/chairs, and ping ping table.There are also games for the kids . The north wall has 30’ of window out to the same incredible ocean and island view.
The kitchen has stainless appliances, a chef’s 36” stove, granite counters and a view to die for. There are brand new wood cabinets and a 5' X 7' dining island topped with beautiful granite that beckons you to sit, snack and socialize.
Like light without glare? The living room will satisfy you. Doors and windows, including clerestory windows, on three sides create a bright space throughout the day.
All new furnishings, including large leather sofas, comfy accent chairs and a 65” TV make for an enjoyable evening at home.
Outside, the main deck has a large seating arrangement and a dining table for 10.
Want a peaceful time being mesmerized by the ocean view? Walk out any of the 4 bedrooms and sit on your balcony. But, don’t forget to take a dip in the heated pool with the ocean as your backdrop!!

Summary: The house and outdoor living areas were fantastic. They looked just like the pictures and did not disappoint. The 4 master suites with attached bathrooms are set up perfectly for a couples vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and the beach towels, chairs and coolers were appreciated. Joel was responsive to a a couple of minor issues and they were solved quickly. We would definitely return

Summary: The Seaview Villa is a beautiful home on a bluff above the ocean. The outdoor amminaties are wonderful with many seating areas and a nice pool. The kitchen was first class with many additional appliances. The living room was very nice.The four bedrooms are beautifully appointed with king sized beds and full bathroom in each.The information provided on the home on VRBO states that it sleeps 10. We were a party of 9, the four bedrooms were wonderful, but the hid-a-bed provided in the office left a lot to be desired for one adult. It did not come close to the standards set in the other rooms.We enjoyed our stay in the villa.

Summary: 4 couples rented this beautiful home for our week in the USVIs. The view from the balconies and pool were breathtaking, the house was beautiful and spacious. All bedrooms had a balcony and bathroom giving couples their own space. Communication with the Host was easy with a quick response to any inquiries. The Host uses a local service to get you to and from anywhere you want to go and he was very accommodating to our requests and desires. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Summary: Joel’s place was exceptional! The pictures do not do it justice. I wish I knew ahead of time, a wonderful man named Curlis meets you at the airport ( he met us at our rental car co) he escorts you to the house. I did not realize how mountainous it is and driving stinks. We hired Curlis several times and our rental sat in the driveway. This was our Christmas gift for our adult children and their partner and spouse. All agree, one of the top vacations ever!

Summary: Everything was great about this house. Perfect accommodations for our group of 6. The bedrooms were all very spacious with beautiful en-suite’s. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need.The views were amazing and could be seen from every room in the house . The property was also very clean and decorated beautifully! Communication was great with the owner, Joel as well. We will definitely be back!

Summary: We visited St Thomas for the first time to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and had the most stunning views. The higher elevation and nice breeze was perfect and kept us cool on 85degree days. The home was well equipped, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and even came with an extra water filtration system. Our host Curlson was great and oriented us to the property and area and the owner Joel was responsive and wonderful. We felt very comfortable during our stay. I definitely recommend renting vehicles to accommodate your group. It will make getting around much easier. The terrain is very hilly but we got used to it after venturing out a few times. Lovely home and lovely stay. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Summary: Stayed here for one week over Christmas. Joel is very communicative. The home was beautiful and one of the best equipped VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in. It was spacious with amazing views and close to everything. It was a splurge but well worth the price, which is reasonable for how nice the home is. Everyone he employs was kind and helpful. It felt safe in a gated community. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The house is incredible and was perfect for our family of 8 adults. You can’t beat the views. We mostly ate at the house and didn’t want for anything to prepare the food. Driving was about 15-20 min to most things we wanted to do. The island roads are pretty steep and curvy tho. Owner was super responsive and very nice. Bottom line: We have rented many homes for vacations and this one was our favorite and will be hard to beat.
