Fully renovated in 2019, Ocean's Edge Villa - St. Thomas - is a Caribbean paradise located in the gated community of Sydney's Fancy. Built on a peninsula, the 370 feet of waterfront featuring a spectacular ocean view, which includes more than ten islands and cays stretching down the famous Drake's Passage. Trade-winds make the villa virtually mosquito free. Enjoy immaculate four bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. Full size pullout couch in the office and a twin rollaway is also available. Sleeps up to 10. Situated on the exclusive Peterborg peninsula, you and your family will feel safe in this gated community with a security system. Only, a 4 Minute drive to the world famous Megan's Bay Beach.
Awake with the sun illuminating the waves below, as you step outside to the poolside terrace to have a morning swim in the infinity pool. Then walk through the spacious Great Room to the Gourmet Kitchen, where you can prepare your island style cuisine on quartz countertops and new stainless appliances. If more casual fare is in order, fire up the new built in stainless outdoor Monogram gas grill adjoining the kitchen.
Full concierge service is provided. Boat charters to the British Virgin Islands, the Soggy Dollar Bar and the awe inspiring Baths or, we can arrange snorkeling, parasailing, jet ski rental, and kayaking tours. Recommendations for hiking, secret beaches and restaurants. Grocery provisioning, car rentals, private chef, house cleaner service, yoga, spa service and photography can be arranged. Twin beds. A rollaway twin is also available. Both with en suite Bathrooms. Both of
those bedrooms open up to an upper deck with comfortable chairs and
breathtaking views
● Also on the second floor of the Great House is an office which features a wireless
printer and a full sized pull out couch and telescope
● Separate from the main house next to the pool deck is the Primary Bedroom. A
King bed, en suite bathroom, spectacular cliff and ocean views highlight this room
● Walking downstairs from the Great House is another more private deck with chairs
tables, and a gas firepit
● Continuing down the stairs leads to The Cottage. A self-contained one-bedroom
unit, it features a king bed, en suite bathroom with a stunning waterfront bathtub.
Included in the cottage is a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and private deck
and chairs.

Summary: Unique floor plan, two bedrooms in main house, suite offpool deck and a cottage down a flight of stairs provides lots of space to spend time together or enjoy a little solitude. Unbelievable location with 270 degree view, makes a great reason to rise early and enjoy the sunrise over St John and smaller islands.Very helpful guide book with lots of hints to make your stay even better. Don’t hesitate a great find.

Summary: Scott, Mark and crew cannot do enough to make sure your stay at Oceans Edge is perfect, very rarely are their any issues however if they arise Mark makes sure things are taken care of. I believe this was my 5th or 6th time at Scott’s home and each time it’s getting better.Thank You for taking great care of your property and guest.

Summary: Ocean’s Edge is exactly that—a house on the edge of the Atlantic. The house is spacious, well-appointed and clean. The views from the house are unparalleled in St. Thomas. We did have a few glitches with WAPA (the water and power authority) and some rolling blackouts, but the homeowner and his property manager were very responsive and did everything they could to keep the power and water running with a backup generator. Everyone we met on the island was very friendly and welcoming. If you enjoy tropical vacations with spectacular views, Ocean’s Edge may be just the place for you.

Summary: The property was beautiful and the location was perfect. It’s exactly like the photos and descriptions, and then some! There were some typical island issues, such as ACs going out and power and water sporadically going out and the generator didn’t kick in. But the manager did maintain constant contact and helped resolved the situations. He even came out at midnight one evening when the power went out. The home was very well stocked with appliances, utensils, and even some condiments. Everyone visiting St. T has to know that island life can be very different than mainland life. Parts and vendors aren’t as easily accessible and sometimes you have to deal with “island DIY” and repairs. You might lose power for a bit during rolling blackouts but you’re in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Enjoy. It is a great home and I would stay here again.

Summary: We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. We are a group of four retired couples and we were impressed with how much privacy each room had. When booking a Vrbo my top two concerns are safety & cleanliness. Ocean’s Edge definitely checked those boxes. Along with that, the house was well stocked; hair dryers, ironing boards, first aid kit, binoculars, corn hole game, pool toys and anything you would need for a day at the beach. We loved having the infinity pool, fire pit and grill. The beaches were beautiful and we even took the car barge to St John’s for a day. We ate on the property and also at several of the nearby restaurants which did not disappoint. While relaxing at the villa, it was fun watching the iguanas sun themselves and we also saw sea turtles in the ocean below us. If you are looking for a fabulous place to stay in St Thomas, Ocean’s Edge is it.
