Villa Papillon is a luxurious 3 bedroom villa with 3450 square feet of living space, comprising two multi-level pavilions embracing a private courtyard and swimming pool. Built right into the 13' x 21' private pool is a separate, deep hot tub which will comfortably seat 6.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has dramatic ocean views. The upper bedroom features a king size sleigh bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, real bamboo floors and a vaulted ceiling. The lower bedroom has a king size Ernest Hemingway bed with an 18' thick Serta pillow top mattress. Floors are French terra cotta tiles. The third bedroom is situated in a separate pavilion in the courtyard. It features a king size bed with Serta pillow top mattress. It has a massive glass and pebble bathroom and shower looking out to the ocean. Each bedroom has LCD TV's, satellite with all the premium channels, air-conditioning in all bedrooms, and our course, dramatic ocean views. Not suitable for children under 8yrs old.

Summary: No hot water in kitchen, freezer not operational, lights on patio not working. Plenty of towels, great view, nice deck, very comfortable home, quiet and private.

Summary: Had an opportunity to spend a long weekend here and wasn’t disappointed. Nice community on the Peterborg peninsula. House is accurately described, very clean, comfortable and has everything you need to make it just like home. Views and breeze off the deck can’t be beat! Would definitely recommend.

Summary: If you are looking to truly get away and just relax... This is the place for you! Spectacular view from the deck over the Atlantic. In the evening tradewinds keep you cool. House is beautiful and well equipped. You can stock this place with provisions and never have to leave!! Will definitely return. Fay is great to work with as well!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. The privacy of the pool, hot tub and deck made it feel we were alone on the hillside. The house was about 20 minutes from most things we wanted to do on the island. Everything was clean and in good condition.

Summary: Beautiful property right on the ocean. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to several terrific restaurants. Magen’s Bay beach within 10 minutes of the property. Fay was outstanding in answering questions and ensuring everything went well during our stay.

Summary: We had a great stay at this home during our vacation. The pool, views and bedroom were all amazing! The property manager was very nice, responsive and made sure us having a good vacation was her top priority. Plenty of amenities, pool toys and even beach/snorkeling equipment. It’s also in a safe and clean neighborhood, with a short drive to one of St. Thomas best beach. We will be back!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Villa Papillon - wishing we were still there. The villa is exactly as described. The beds were all super comfy and the common spaces were very nice. But really, it’s all about the views from every spot inside the house and from the lovely deck. We also spent enjoyable time in the pool. Fay was great to work with. We took advantage of many of her suggestions using Paradise Car Rental and Grocery Goddess to stock the house with groceries. The trip was perfect!!!
