This wonderful new construction sits just over 7 miles to downtown Portland. This villa was built and furnished with the perfect blend of style and comfort.
One the main level you will find a bright and open floor plan with high end finishes everywhere. The kitchen boasts quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and modern cabinetry. Enjoy time together in the main living area that joins the kitchen with ample seating in stools, a dining table, and the living room just beyond. There are a number of large windows allowing for ample natural light. The living room also has a large 4k LED TV with integrated Roku streaming capability.
As you ascend upstairs you will find the master suite and two additional bedrooms. Each room is exquisitely appointed with wonderfully comfortable beds. The master suite has vaulted ceilings as well as a full tile shower with frame-less glass. In addition to the master bath there is another full bath to support the other two bedrooms. The other half bath is on the main level.
This Milwaukie Heights Villa sits just 10 houses down from the Southeast Park Avenue Max Station. If you choose to drive, you can be in downtown Portland, Lake Oswego, or Clackamas in less than 15 minutes. Book this incredible new property for your Pacific Northwest Portland state. Whether it be for work or pleasure, you won't find a better option in the area. There is an attached studio available for rent as well below. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
**Please note this Villa is above a studio unit. If you are interested in a little bit more space we invite you to take a look into booking the downstairs studio as well.**
PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Summary: The home is very nice and roomy. There were a couple of issues, such as a showerhead that wasn't working properly, a toilet paper dispenser that was hanging loose, a burned out light bulb and a loose hand towel hanger. The property manager was responsive and had the shower and toilet paper dispenser fixed fairly quickly. There is a noise detection system that doesn't seem to work properly and was sending me texts about excessive noise, but we were all in bed sleeping, so no idea what was going on with that. I reported it, so hopefully it will get taken care of. I would stay in this property again and recommend it to others as well.

Summary: I had some questions before booking and questions after booking. Questions were answered in a timely manner. The house was very clean and beautiful. Check in was very easy. Only one car is allowed on the drive way and then one car in the middle for a first come first serve basis. And then there's street parking. Would definitely rent this house again!

Summary: This was the perfect location for our family events over the course of our stay. The home was spacious and very comfortable for our family (my spouse and me, adult kids and my sister). The layout was great with open floor plan living spaces at main floor and bedrooms upstairs. Beds were very comfortable! Communicating with property management was a breeze and they were always responsive. If we need to stay in the area again, I’ll choose this great, clean and comfortable location again for sure! Just a great space and experience all around.

Summary: Thank you for providing a nice welcoming home. This spacious house provided plenty of space to spread out. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Parking is very tight, but there is reserved space for two cars at this location. Grocery stores are very close. Day trips quickly transported us to majestic landscapes.

Summary: My family and I came into town for my sister’s wedding. The property looked exactly as it was pictured and had everything we need. Unfortunately, the air was broken the entirety of our stay and couldn’t be fixed until the morning we left. Normally, that wouldn’t be a problem but it was an abnormally hot weekend in Portland. However, even though the air was broken, the property managers were very helpful. They supplied extra fans for all of the rooms and even discounted our stay to make up for it. Overall we would stay here again!
