This new 3-story, 3950 square foot beach home (completed in 2005) welcomes your family for the ultimate vacation/getaway experience. The home is located in the desirable A-zone. This is the first year this home is being offered for rental so you will notice we don't have any reviews yet. Please don't let this dissuade you as this house is in pristine condition (as you can see from the pictures).
Your vacation will be remembered for years to come in this spectacular Brigantine beach house, situated on a sunny corner-lot. The home is only a short block and half to the beach as well as dining and shopping. The home is ideal for accommodating a large extended family or gathering of friends.
You will appreciate the new high quality furnishings throughout this house. The house has three floors which consists of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Each bedroom is furnished with a ceiling fan, dresser, nightstand, and hanging closet space. The house also has 2 separate living areas each with their own couches and flat screen TV's. This is perfect for more than one family to enjoy the house together while also allowing some family time.
The large open second floor main living area has everything to offer as your central entertainment area. This floor boasts a chef's kitchen equipped with top of the line Sub-Zero/Dacor appliances, granite countertops and temperature controlled wine cooler. There is plenty of places to enjoy your meals as there is a large breakfast bar, eat in kitchen table as well as more formal and larger dining table. In addition, if you prefer to enjoy your meals outdoors, there is a large deck which has a outdoor dining table and chairs. 1 of the 2 master bedroom suites is located on this floor. This bedroom has a king size bed and full bath. Additionally, this level offers a powder room and a new pull out couch with a queen size bed.
The main entry floor has a separate living area with a 40 inch flat screen TV. This floor also houses 2 bedrooms. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and another that has 2 twin size beds. Both of these rooms can utilize the full bath that is on this floor. The laundry room is located on this floor.
Last but not least is the third floor master suite which you will not be disappointed with. This bedroom has it's own separate living room with flat screen TV, gas fireplace, office, very large walk in closet, separate vanity room, and palatial master bath. The master bath is equipped with large tile walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, double sinks, private toilet area as well as a bidet. There is also 2 private decks on this floor.
The house has a 2 car garage as well as a driveway that can house 3 cars as well plenty of street parking. Street parking is never an issue. There is a outside shower for those who like.
Other amenities to complete your vacation include a fully stocked kitchen with all the modern appliances, dinnerware, glassware, and cookware. 10 beach tags and 10 beach chairs are available for your use; board and card games; and selection of DVDs.

Summary: The house was a perfect fit for my family of 6 adults and 3 boys (ages 2-4). The interior had plenty of natural light and furnishings were all in great shape. The house had more deck space than we could ever hope to use. The main deck is where we spent most of the time and the outdoor table was able to easily accomidate the whole family when we dined el fresco. The location was great as well -a short block and half walk to the beach, which was made even easier with the beach chairs and carriers we found in the garage. Ice cream shops, Aversa's bakery (my new favorite italian bakery), packaged goods store, pizza shop, CVS -all within walking distance. Great house, highly recommened!

Summary: This house exceeded my expectations. The layout was perfect, with seating to accommodate our entire family, both in the huge great room and main deck. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality cookware, plenty of utensils, plates, glassware, etc. The owner was a pleasure to work with. The house was spotless, and it was very helpful & thoughtful that they left you "starter" supplies (paper products, liquid hand soap, etc). He politely responded to our inquiries within 24 hours, and promptly returned our security deposit. I highly recommend this house. You will not be disappointed. If we rent in Brigantine again, we will definitely return. A+++++

Summary: Its a great house in a great location. Its neat and clean and has plenty of space. Its by far the best experience I have ever had renting a home. The owner is very response to any question. I look forward to renting it next year........... I felt lucky to be able to rent such a nice home.

Summary: This house was fantastic. Located within a short walk to a quieter part of the beach, it provided us with all of the amenities that one would want at the beach. The covered porch allowed for pleasant evenings without direct sun and was spacious for our party of eight to comfortably be seated around the table. The landscaping and grounds were very well kept. The house, itself, provided a VERY spacious living area on the second floor along with an excellent kitchen and island. The cleanliness and attention to detail allowed for a "high class" stay. The elevator was a huge help getting luggage to/from the third floor. The owner worked graciously to honor our every request with timely communication and responses to questions. It was a great week in a fantastic place!

Summary: We enjoyed our week long stay at this house, which included 3 families (6 adults, 3 children) - perfect size and layout for us. The kitchen island is nicely laid out and easy to keep an eye on the kids while adults fix meals. The covered deck with adjustable shades was fabulous - we ate all our dinners out there and the shades provided the perfect amount of protection from sun and wind. The elevator was a great help for my elderly mother and her husband, getting luggage to/from the 3rd floor, and for groceries. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, despite the busy road on one side. Perfect location for walking and a great park for the kids is just a couple blocks away. Lots of great amenities. Mike and Stephanie were very nice and easy to deal with and we would stay here again.

Summary: Spent a week in July with family at this wonderful house. Everything was great and better than expected. From the beginning dealing with Stephanie by email was easy and she was very responsive. Mike was our point of contact later on and he too was easy to deal with and answered all our questions. House is perfect for a large family. Second floor with large open kitchen (and 2 bottles of wine on our arrival!), dining and living spaces (with LOTS of light) was where we hung out after spending the day on the beach. Fabulous kitchen, new appliances and lots plates, glasses, and utensils. Dining area can easily accomodate large families. Top floor with master suite is well suited for the parents to have some quiet / quaity time. TV's everywhere, WiFi worked great (even had an office on third floor for those of us that can't detach completely from work). Garage + other places to park, working gas grill, beach chairs, beach tags, umbrella, cart to carry items to beach..... everything you needed was at the house. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, ICE CREAM, deli, bakery and 5 minutes to AC. Deposit was received two days later - no issues or delay! Highly recomend as a place to spend a week (or 2) at the Jersey shore with family and friends. We will return.

Summary: We just spent the pre 4th of July Weekend at unarguably our nicest rental property ever! The house has a very spacious and open floor plan on the second floor for family gatherings and entertaining. The first floor has two separate well appointed bedrooms and the master bedroom suite on the 3rd floor you have to see it to believe it! The owners stayed in contact throughout the process, before, during and after our stay with immediate responses to our questions. Oh and by the way, no BS with the security deposit. It was returned the next day! A very pleasant experience worth mentioning.

Summary: This place is beautiful, spacious, and exactly what we were looking for in a girls weekend. We stayed in one night enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and amazing decks and we went out the next night in AC! It was a short 5 minute cab ride to AC which was also a huge bonus. The owners were amazing to work with and they even left us a couple bottles of wine in the cooled wine fridge for us to enjoy! We couldn’t have ask for a better experience at this property. I would definitely recommend this house to others and we hope it use in the future for another girls weekend. Also, I would love to take my family and a couple other families to this house next summer for a week. What a great place and great owners to work with!

Summary: Wow! What a house. My girlfriends and I always do a Brigantine girls weekend in March. It’s the perfect combo of relaxation and night life with AC just 5 minutes away. We stumbled across this new listing and decided to give it a try. This is a new rental so we didn’t know what to expect. The owners were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. . They were attentive and answered all of questions. The place is in perfect condition and comfortably fit our entire party. The kitchen was a dream and had everything you could hope for! We couldn’t have ask for a better experience at this property. I would definitely recommend this house to others in the future and hope to use it again next year.
